Moxy Frankfurt City Center

Perfect location in the middle of Frankfurt. Everything looks very trendy and the hotel is recently renovated in 2018. Just walk out the door and you are in the middle of the city center. Great parking space under the Hotel, price is good 20 euros for 24 hour parking, the cheapest we could find and very spacious.

The bathroom smelled like sweat and was dusty. We paid for breakfast but this was very disappointing, there is no dedicated breakfast area so you essentially sit in the lounge/bar which was not clean. Al coffee machines needed maintenance and there was a lot of dust on the breakfast counter. The capacity was very sad, we had to stand in line for at least 15 minutes to eat and than you had to wait for others to stand up and sit at their dirty table as the staff did nothing to clean it. The meat was dried and cheeses were dry and obviously from the past days. Everything was crammed in one sort of line, it was not Marriott Hotel worthy, and we feel sort of cheated as we paid 130.- euro per night! The staff were all young hipsters and just hanging around very unmotivated. Also there is no isolation what so ever so you could hear everything. Next time Frankfurt no Hotel Moxy for us any more as it was not worth it.
