The room was more than value for money. It was a complete apartment with twin bedroom, kitchen, good sized bathroom, separate lounge and balcony, which was impeccably cleaned every day. It was also an extremely convenient location for both the airport (train) and the city centre (tram). Also liked The Forum restaurant which reminded me of a restaurant/pub in England.

The breakfast. The food was not that tasty. But perhaps I feel this way because I was spoilled by the quality and large selection of foods for breakfast at the Hotel Post Airport Hotel in Frankfurt in August, which was far superior to any other hotel I have stayed in to date and was included in the price of the room.

Very friendly staff. Only a short walk from the Lagenhagen-Mitte station which has a taxi rank if you are carrying heavy luggage. Conveniently located between the airport and city centre, a short train journey to either. Good price.

Very minor negative points. A different entrance around the back of the hotel is a small inconvenience as was the two signle beds pushed together and two single duvets rather than one duvet to fit a double-bed. Minor points though.
