Nothing. Literally, this place steals your money and just treat you as a person who is going to keep them in business. Miserable.
Everything. This is not a hotel that should be associated with Marriott. I never used Marriott after this experience.

When booking I stated there will be 4 of us sharing the room but upon arrival they charged us more and insisted it was the fault of who ever we booked it through.

When we arrived to our room, the city view was a view of the parking garage, actual a parked car was about 3 feet from our window. It was NOT a city view which I booked. When we called the front desk, we were advised they were completely booked and had no rooms available elsewhere. (We looked online and it did indicate there were rooms available for the night in a better location.) We were told we would be upgraded to a partial ocean view, but not until the next night. Also, there is an additional $30 charge per night for staying at that location, we were not advised of that until we were checking in. We also had to pay an additional $47 per day for valet parking which we also were not advised of until we checked in. The rooms are run down and carpets are old. In the high traffic areas the carpet had creases in spots, enough to cause us to trip. We had a negative encounter with one of your valets, we lost the valet ticket that was on the key, when we returned, they made a big deal of it, told us that we should have kept it on the key ring. Not good customer service especially after charging $47 per day!!!. This is a Marriott Resort and we booked it because of the name and our expectations were not even remotely met... Marriott should evaluate this location, both the desperate need of renovation and some of the customer service. If it's not going to be renovated soon, then charging appropriate hotel/motel rates and advertise appropriately.
Nice location and only steps to beach!! Lots of activities and shops.

a stone throw from the beach and everything was accessible within walking distance, Hotel was really good and everything was great
No free wifi in bedrooms considering what you pay for the hotel per night plus no free wifi in the hotel lobbys either. Even smaller chains offer free wifi in rooms.
Our Ocean view room was excellent,with a full view of the ocean.The beach was a very short walk

Everyone in the hotel was kind and friendly and facility is clean and neat.
Several equipment is laundry were out of order. I wish I can have free shuttle service between the Airport.
