Ambassador Hotel Kansas City Autograph Collection

The Ambassador was really nice. Our room was great and cool looking, giant king size bed was comfy. They gave you free bottled water (as many as you needed), which was nice. The staff was really great as well. The highlight was the complimentary car service and their afternoon / night driver Bert. He was like a personal tour guide and knew a lot about the city. He also had really great restaurant and bar recommendations. He also got us into the Boulevard Brewing Tour last minute, which was booked out for the next six months. I didn't know this guy until the trip, but he really went out of his way to make my wife and I's KC experience worth while.

The bathroom door didn't lock and their was no fan ventilation in the bathroom. The bar downstairs was pricey!
