The room was dirty and the toilet wasn’t able to flush. There was what the staff said a low amount of water they were able to use. Lots of broken stuff in the room and dirty sheets
Everything above - in the shower they had a bootle of hand soap to wash your body with. Very tiny towels and it was all very small Also they asked for a deposit and I never received it back

I do not recommend this hostel. We were not well received by the person in charge. The rooms were not clean. Old and dirty things. Unfortunately I paid a little extra to have a small lunch. And unfortunately breakfast was terrible Only had 3 slices of toasted bread Milk and tea There was nothing special .. Only these things We had to eat elsewhere on the second day. Because that was no small lunch Unfortunately because the city is beautiful. We love everything and we will definitely come back to this hotel. Never again is nor recommend the child. You will pay dearly for something so bad .. It is worth paying a little more and getting comfortable and with proper hygiene conditions. The bathroom curtain smelled like pee ... My God. Anyway horrible experience with that hotel.

Soap in room was disgusting had to go out and buy my own, maybe just me but seemed very difficult get in room, on leaving property guy was too busy talking on his phone to acknowledge me

The location to get the city centre. The bedroom was big enough for four people, there was plenty of space.
The bathroom was too small. It's like a plane toilet with a small shower.

“The breakfast is bare minimum. 3 types of cereals, milk, orange juice, toast, butter, jams, coffee, tea. That was fine and adequate for me, some people with children brought some own stuff, which was fine. The hotel is quite basic but that was expected based on price. Location is excellent, so I was totally happy with my choice and would book the hotel again on a future visit to London.”
