The location. Kindness of the staff at the breakfast.

The quality of the beds was not good. Our connected rooms where located on floor one, it was noisy. The single room on the 5th floor was not very tidy, there was a whole in the curtains. I will not go back to the hotel nor recommend it.

Clean location I like it Juan from reception and Chief of waiters from the main restaurant. Room, pretty nice and bed comfortable. Pretty good position for Malaga.

The breakfast was the same for 7 nights, really horrible, is poor and not tasty, they have like 20 types of fruits on breakfast but nothing else, you cannot eat eggs for 7 days..in a row. For breakfast you need to wait in a queue to be seated, sometimes it takes like 20 minutes, is underestimated the size of restaurant. Water in the pool is super cold, you cannot swim, in the winter seazon, at least, no changing room, nobody on the pool, no service, looks like a haunted pool.. We buy it a New Eve Dinner for 65 Euro and everything was on fast forward, from 9 to 11 they served like 5 types of food, and before midnight they started to pack everything in the restaurant..really embarrassing. Attitude of some employees is not friendly. Coffee in the morning is horrible, not tasty at all. For sure not a 4 star hotel, i will not recommend.
