Mohammed front of house manager, guest services manager , reception manager & room divisions manager all great, so efficient & helpful , it’s fantastic place, I have rebooked for next year and taking friends - brilliant - food amazing - shuttle bus into the city hourly was great - cab only £12 if miss the shuttle. Fantastic spa Entertainment team are very good Lots to do All staff very nice & friendly
Would’ve been nice to have a bath in the rooms & more UK tv channels WiFi could be better

the grounds, the gardens and the pool in general are very pleasant
the facilities need a serious face lift. The property claims to have a basketball court, tennis courts etc but the the basketball nets and ball, the tennis rackets and balls were unusable or very bad and need to be replaced. These things are cheap and make a huge difference. Staff on the ground needs to be empowered to communicate to management things like that. Also, the food was not as great and varied as in prior years and was a bit too salty. Also, I liked that they had a small gluten free station and it would be very nice to have a salt-free station for people who cant eat salt. Night entertainment was also ok but not great compared to prior years. feels like there were budget cuts on may levels.

Front desk, pool, bar and restaurant staff are excellent and friendly. Facilities were really good and thought out. Food was fantastic and catered for a variety of tastes and ages.
Entertainment staff focused on engaging with French speaking tourists. I think this related to Kapa having a greater foothold of the site and some of the entertainment staff appeared to be employed/sponsored by Kapa. It would have been a great touch to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

“Location perfect. Far enough away from city but close enough to visit (free shuttle 5/6 times a day) The staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. Food amazing, so much choice for all ages and tastes. The grounds are immaculate and all communal areas spotless. Such a positive experience. Highly recommend. Would love to go back!”
