Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

A well located hotel within easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower, local restaurants, a number of Paris museums and the river. Quiet.

In-house breakfast poor.

Location and convenience. The Lobby was quite nice. And the staff were helpful.

No complimentary Internet for hotel guest. I had to brin my laptop which you don't on a holiday. Other mercure hotels around Europe offer it.

Excellent position very close to Eiffel Tower. General quality of hotel. Good value for price paid.

Very poor experience booking in at hotel. It took over an hour and a half and being issued with four rooms before getting right room. First room was smoking room - booked NON-smoking. 2nd room allocated was occupied by someone else! Third room allocated was a double room with no bed for my son. Check in staff were friendly and apologetic but should not have let this happen and have done more to get it right and make amends. Other staff very friendly and helpful.
