The staff seemed appropriate
My room was dirty. There were no hangers or iron and we had to change the sheets and pillow cases and blanket once the very nice night person brought them to us.

I’m a frequent traveler and this was by far the most disappointing experience. The desk staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. They forgot to charge us for our puppy when we checked in at the reception desk and did it later at the highest rate (assuming our puppy was 30lbs) with no warning or consent whatsoever. When we checked with them, a staff member said the manager made a comment that “we were trying to be sneaky about our pet”, even though we walked at the check in time IN FRONT of them with our pet. Which shows the level of very poor hospitality and people skills the staff has. Nobody approached us to resolve this before applying this new charge. We asked to speak to the manager and were told that we was out of the office. he ignored us throughout our entire stay. We had to threaten them with a law suit to get acknowledged by a supervisor. Even he was cold dealing with us. He dared telling us that they could have asked us to leave because of our per but didn’t, expecting us to be grateful for this??!!. We were told that we were going to get a refund of half the pet charge after pushing for it. We then had to insist to have proof for receipt for this refund and all along no apologies for this treatment whatsoever. When you step in the main entrance there’s no “hello” or any welcoming thing said to you and barely a cold response when you’re the first to say hello. This overall staff needs to be retrained on hospitality. The only one who was lovely was a maid when I asked her for clean towels. Facilities: The indoor swimming pool was closed, the breakfast wasn’t served (even in the quarantine they could have served sealed food but didn’t even bother), we found a cockroach in our room. The room curtains don’t fully close and for a ground level floor room, leaves it to anyone outside to see you, no privacy. We had to ask to the desk for a solution they only gave us paper clips!

Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful great attitude
1108 dirty sheets hair everywhere trash on floor got moved to 2101 room was still dirty someone meet with me and say they could move me one more time or basically saying he would just give my money back as if I was wrong.. for one I could have dealt with hair on floor and tub but not in the bed both beds was covered in hair even the other room we moved to after traveling 14 hours I just was tired and didn't feel like moving again. I'm not understanding how housekeeping supervisor didn't see all the hair on floor in tub sink and bed. nice hotel overall.

The room we got had a kitchen and was a fair size.
It was a little pricey for what you got and they are pet friendly but the pet fee is expensive.
