1) jacuzzi is not a whirpol but just an upgraded tub --> only suitable for 1 person; 2) very far from the centre --> car necessary at all times; 3) booking.com says satellite TV, but no international TV channels (BBC, TVE, CNN,..) are available, only italian channels available and pay films; 4) from half sept approx. the beach and swimming pool close to the hotel (both pay) are closed; 5) breakfast was one of the poorest we experienced in our trip through Italy (bacon and omelete always cold and tasteless), especially when you consider that it's a 4-star hotel; 6) bike rental, as booking.com offers, is not possible at the hotel

The hotel accepts pets and has on site parking both of which are free of charge. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is a bit away from the city center so it's better for those traveling with a car..

The hotel staff was very service minded, helpfull and friendly. The restaurant food was tasty.

The bed in our junior suite was way too hard. It almost felt like sleeping on a wooden plank. Because of this I woke up several times at night, and it was not good for my neck and back (I'm 26 years old). The location as OK, but we had to take a 20 min taxi ride to the city every night.
