Gran Hotel Son Net

Loved loved loved this hotel . After the overpriced mediocrity in Deia , Son Net is an absolute gem set in stunning countryside and worth every penny. we likened it to a Spanish Cliveden with fantastic pools whilst we were there . The house , the stunning pools , the mature grounds, the mountain views, the interior architecture blending old with new.... As a trained interior designer I love to stay in beautifully designed places, this didn’t disappoint . The corridor swag curtains , the lapis blue and white tiling , the lounge bar, our own jacuzzi terrace - the main terrace - all totally lovely !

Pillows on the bed. No large 60 x 60 Cm cushions for sitting up in bed or just lounging . Only two long sleeping bolster pillows. Couldn’t sit up in bed easily , no spares in room. A tiny detail which 90% of hotels have so I don’t know why they didn’t have them- neck ache sitting up in bed otherwise

Exceptional building, facilities, staff and views. Not the cheapest hotel but difficult to find any faults. Wonderful for special occasions.

Unforgettable experience. Hotel is gorgeous and staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time.

Lovely rooms, beautiful gardens, spectacular pool, superb food in the Oleum restaurant and a good breakfast
