- poor service in restaurant during dinner - poor service in bar - charged extra for underground parking - charged extra for use of jacuzzi, not told of extra charge until I was in the pool area - couple of events on during our stay resulted in the bar being swamped

Room was not cleaned up for one day

The breakfast was really nice and provided items for every taste! The room was clean and spacious. I also liked the swimming pool with a salty water very much. The service and staff were nice and attentive. I loved the SPA and the treatments I received.

We did like almost everything. Maybe in terms of the placement in the rooms - the hotel is relatively big and therefore it took a while to reach the swimming pool area or the gym from our room. It would be useful to ask at the reception while checking in to be placed in rooms that are closer if you intend to use these facilities. Also, at breakfast, the staff were little bit too eager to clean tables and so they were literally removing plates from us while we were still eating.
