Sorry for my english but I would like everybody know our experience When I booked I asked them for a baby cot. Than from the experience of others I thought is better 2 call them on arriving day to renew my request. Everything was useless. We arrived at the hotel at 20.15... and the baby cot after a big ... it arrive at 22.45. Because they couldnt understand " why you can not hold the boy with you on the bed is just for 2 nights ?" So than they brought an almost broken baby box ... to figure as a bed. Than all hitechnology sometime usless (like the frige)... It was the worst 4* hotel we ever stay.

Wireless network worked only for two days

The Hotel was very nicely presented and the artwork and furniture were stunning, the room was beautiful. Just as the picture on the site. Free wireless internet and music on demand through the lcd telly were excellent too.

The staff were quite abrupt, it seemed that anythign over and above what they normally offered as standard or they didn't charge for was a bit of a chre, it took us all day to get a cot for the baby we arrived with he nearly needed to sleep somewhere else, the cot was poorly made (a single tatty blanket and a untreated wood cot with bits missing causing it to be slightly dangerous) The breakfast was mediocre and expensuive, we also found the fittings in the breakfast room were poorly made as a chari fell off the wall whilst we were sitting on it, the high chair was unsuitable and dirty and the hotel was not keenly priced. A long walk to the trams and buses is required otherwise a taxi is 25EUR to the city All in all not a great stay. Would not recommend to a family visiting more suited to younger people with more tollerance for poor service.
