Hostel Luna

The staff is very nice and the rooms, when they are done as they forgot to clean my room once, are very clean. However, at first they gave me a room which was very very small. 3 sides of the bed were actually touching 3 walls of the room! The room definitely had absolutely nothing to see with what was described on booking.com website. It took me a good half an hour of talking with the staff and the manager to get an other room which this time was a decent one!

Then, two days in a raw, the hotel experienced electricity break down which lead to water break down since the water was coming up with electricity pomp. The first day I was lucky to have a shower before the electricity breakdown but the second day I could not have a shower which was very very frustrating. I asked the staff if they could check with the neighbours or an other hotel nearby whether I could take a shower, they just laugh at me saying they would be ashamed to ask such a request... I then asked if they could provide me a bottle of water so that I could brush my teeth and wash my face... they wanted me to pay for it! The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice but honestly, I can hardly recommend to stay in this hotel!
