To be fair, I should start by saying that most of the staff were very kind and felt badly about the multiple problems we encountered (those are listed below). They apologized and gave us a free meal. Also, I should note that the food was quite good, both breakfasts and dinner.

The rooms assigned to me and to my colleague were in the middle of the 3rd floor. Right below them, on the 2nd floor, there is a large hall that was rented by the hotel for a big party (it was the time of the carnival). The noise in the evening was terrible, the room was literally shaking. So we both had to move. In my new room, the A/C was very noisy, the bathroom heating did not work for the first two nights (despite being reported ), the toiletries were not refurbished in both my 2nd and 3rd days (i.e., nothing in two morning services one after the other) until I asked for some on the 3rd night, the the bath carpet was gone after the 1st day and never returned. All of that was unexpected and quite weird for this class of a hotel.

Good Location and nice rooms. perfect for a business trip.
