The pool facilities were good and clean. The toys room with tv was great to keep children happy. Breakfast was very good and staff helpful.

The room size was smaller than expected. The pool water temperature could be warmer.

Good location, good breakfast and it has a private garage that is great for people who is traveling on a motorcycle. The Spa is also good and so is the pool.

Not much to add

1. Breakfast is at its Michelin rated O Convite restaurant. There are a lot of food choices for the buffet breakfast particularly with lots of different selections on pastries, breads, fruits, yogurts, juices, cereals, etc. There are other food stuffs like scramble egg, beacon, sausage, cheeses, cold meats, etc. 2. The O Convite restaurant dinner food price is also reasonable for its good food quality. 3. The bedroom room and its bathroom are very spacious. 4. Walk to the Bus Terminal takes around 5 minutes and to the Sanctuary Of Fatima takes around 10 minutes. 5. There are two big supermarkets and an extremely large liqueur store very closely nearby.

1. We prefer a walk-in shower instead of bathtubs with shower head. 2. Swimming pool is a bit small but deep enough for good swimmer. However, it might be a bit deep for young kids. 3. Also expect a bit small and simple gym room.

This Hotel has one of the best Hotel restaurants I have visited. Ice pool, jacuzzi, sauna and wet sauna. You need a swimming cap to swim. Otherwise you pay 7 Euros. I will remember to add a swim cap to my packing list!

The hours of the swimming pool is too limited - starting just on 10:00 am and closing on 20:30. If you traveling during the day, this hours not letting you to enjoy the spa.

The only thing I really missed was a good cup of coffee in the morning.. Pitty with all the effort put into the breakfast, that there was no good espresso machine...

The breakfast is very good, fruits are fresh. Room size is good and bed is very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and make good recommendation of tour.

My last night was a bit noisy but it wasn't the hotel. It was the neighbour hotel that had an evening function.

This was my second visit to the hotel and nothing beats having the Spa to yourself on a Monday morning. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. All very clean.

Couldn’t get the air conditioning to work in the room. In hindsight we should have asked of help on the first night. It would be nice to had somewhere to sit and read a book out of the wind that wasn’t the front of the hotel. There is an open area behind the hotel for children to play in.

From my check in to check out staff were very friendly and accommodating. I just wish I woken up early enough or stayed longer to enjoy the fabulous breakfast. I booked 2 sessions of the Oriental Massage and enjoyed every minute of being pampered. I enjoyed swimming in the heated pool, again wished I could have used my 2 free hour in the Spa, but my time was limited. The hotel was about 5 min walk from the bus station and 7 min walk to the Fatima Shrine.

Wished I had MORE TIME to enjoy the facilities.
