It was very easy to reach to the main street and the main part of the town. Airport shuttle station was very close and as far as the hotel itself was concerned, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The indoor sport and swimming were not complementary and the hotel guests should pay for it. I would prefer to pay a bit more in the beginning and use hotel facilities without payment for each day of using.

As soon as you walk into the Hotel you feel at ease due to the beautiful lounge area surrounded by orange lights then you have the staff who are very well presented and are very polite. The rooms are also very nice pictures do not lie couldn’t ask for better for the price I paid. Location of the hotel is spot on as it’s about a 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre where there are lots of places to eat and have fun.

After all bad experiences we were invited to a buffet dinner the day we checked out.
Air conditioning didn't work and no-one was available to repair it. We arrived and were asked for 10€ to enjoy the spa. Never expected. We asked for one hour late check out and not even

The room was very comfortable and it had a wonderful view. The facilities were great, I loved the inner pool and the outside pool, the spaces were beautiful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and they had a huge variety of food.
