In fact, she gave me 4 pool passes when there were only 3 of us. She did not tell us about renting towels. She did nothing to orient us to what was going on there. Very inhospitable.

We had to stand in the lot for 40 minutes the first night waiting for someone to leave so we could park and then almost got in an argument with the 2 other cars that pulled up while we were moving our vehicle out of the drop off lane. Some people had over-sized vehicles that rudely took up 5 or 6 spaces, but it was clear that the parking lot is not even close to covering the number of rooms that they have. The second night we parked in a tow away zone with 5 other cars. The third night we went to dinner early hoping to get back before the majority just to get a parking spot. The hotels answer was that we could park across the street in the strip mall.

Ưu điểm: This is an incredibly family friendly hotel. Breakfast is easy with options for everyone. The rooms are nice and clean, and we were able to get two pack and plays for the babies, which were already assembled with sheets at check in. We were able to take our dog in and out of the hotel freely. The pool is incredible for a family with kids. There is a giant slide that is great for the older kids, and a small one for the toddlers. The pool reaches a maximum depth of 3'6" so parents can can let their kiddos play without as much worry. The hotel is conveniently located near a wonderful park on the river. It is a great spot to take the pups for a walk and the kids can play on the awesome playscape. The best part is that the gondola for the Glenwood adventure caverns is right in the same parking lot. You can hang out arty the caverns until 9pm and then just walk off the gondola into your room for the night. Older kiddos can go swim until 11pm! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We forgot milk and they went to the breakfast kitchen and brought it to out room :) I would stay bette again and recommend it to all of my friends with families!

Ưu điểm: It is a great location. The pool was warm and a good size and the hot tub is very large. They have bikes that you can borrow along with nice fires around the property. They also have horseshoes and sand volleyball. My 10 year old loved the popcorn in the afternoon. The breakfast is good with some healthy choices. The property is spread out and very easy to get from your car to your room. We think that the values is excellent and we will return.

Ưu điểm: It is a great location. The pool was warm and a good size and the hot tub is very large. They have bikes that you can borrow along with nice fires around the property. They also have horseshoes and sand volleyball. My 10 year old loved the popcorn in the afternoon. The breakfast is good with some healthy choices. The property is spread out and very easy to get from your car to your room. We think that the values is excellent and we will return.

Jacuzzi gave off a weird smell like rottenness. hotel is a bit old and outdated beds springy with no mattress protector so I felt itchy lol... breakfast was nothing spectacular... it was awesome because you park your vehicle right in front of your room... easy access and convenient... housekeeping was very friendly... all in all it was definitely worth the price...

Ưu điểm: Overall, this was a great place for us to stay one night. It was close to the hotsprings - which we spent three hours at. We then came back to the hotel, showered, and watched some t.v. This facility was clean, the check-in and check-out staff were amazing and the experience was as great as it could be. I have two little boys, 4 and 5 y.o. and they LOVED the outside pool as well although it is not shallow enough for them to touch the bottom.

Khuyết điểm: I got into town a little early so I went by to see if by chance I could check in early (most places will try to get you in). First, the gentleman I spoke with was too interested in his phone to bother with me. He didn't even offer to check for availability - just said nothing would be available until 2:30 at the earliest (I heard them start cleaning this morning by 8:00). At that point, and judging from my impression of the shabby exterior, I was very tempted to go across the street to the much nicer LaQuinta and forfeit my money. There is no excuse for dismissive service. When I finally got into my room (around 5:30 pm) the fumes from the cleaner they used was so overpowering I had to open all of the windows and door to get it aired out. There were no working vending machines, and ice was nowhere to be found. I would say this place is shabby minimalist at best.

The room we stayed in had large yellow stains in the middle of both the bed sheet and the cover sheet, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. When checking for more stains we found used cigarettes underneath the mattress, despite choosing a non smoking room. As mentioned before, the stain glass windows really could do with some curtains as they were ridiculously bright in the night. See picture attached which was taken at 2am.

Ưu điểm: Breakfast was great except for two things. The breakfast area was extremely hot along with the dining area. Additionally food was no longer being put out 10 minutes before the end of breakfast.
Khuyết điểm: The staff was not able to check me in until 530pm, 2.5hrs later then expected. I had friends staying there as well that checked in at the same time and the staff could not verify their room was clean. I explained we had dinner reservations and needed to get ready. The staff said they could have the room ready in about 30 minutes. So 8 of us got ready in the one room. Meanwhile the other room was never visited by house keeping; I know cause it was directly across from us and we were watching the room. Finally I called down to the front desk 45 minutes later, even though the staff said they would call me, and asked about the second room. The staff informed me the room was ready. Since we know nobody cleaned the room, its obvious it had been ready the entire time. Not a great way to start your vacation.

Ưu điểm: Location was near downtown walking area. Check-in staff was outstanding and all staff spoke to us coming and going. We really appreciated allowing us to park our bikes in entryway out of the way of other traffic.

Khuyết điểm: Shower would not drain properly. Tub would fill up about 3” and took about 5 minutes to completely drain, DISGUSTING! They came (45 min. later) and serviced the drain and said it was fixed, but noting changed, showering was dreadful and desperately needed after being in the hot springs and hot sun all day. Bed had a blood stain and wife got bit by something the first night. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, AVOID THIS RUN DOWN, OVERPRICED OLD HISTORIC BUILDING!!!

Khuyết điểm: The room we stayed in 408/409 needs a new sink and tub. The tub is very old and needs to be replaced as does the sink it is cracked.

Khuyết điểm: Continental breakfast very basic, nothing special. Not much room to eat in the breakfast room. Towel rod in the bathroom was bent. We wondered how that happened. Very little parking and very tight parking lot.
