It is an okay place, could be better

Staff was helpful and attentive to us throughout the stay

parking!!!! After booking stay at hotel, parking information was sent to us as if an afterthought. Valet parking is over 50. Self parking is over 17 a day with no in and out privledges... And lot of improvement needed to meet the 4 star it says it is

Horrific experience

Full service, location.

I booked and paid for a Deluxe King Room with view of Hollywood sign. I received a room near the elevators with a constant machine and elevator running noise. I asked to be moved and was told someone would be right up and after 10 minutes I grew tired of waiting and went down to the front desk. This was already 11PM. I was taken to a new room that had an adjoining door with a party going on in the adjacent room. I asked to be moved AGAIN, eventually to a room with queen bed. The beds were too soft for my taste. There was a curly hair on the soap dish in the shower. I will never stay there again.
