Kuta Paradiso Hotel

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. They fulfill your request within a few minutes. Security is good and it's quite safe to stay in Bali.

Hotel should not be 5 star hotel. It's too old and facilities are not good

lack of warmness from staffs, more cordination between restorant and reception is required, found mosquitoes in bathroom.

I have to say that generally deluxe rooms are ok. Problems: you cut extra money from me and I do not know why and for what because the price was already published on website and it is not fair. On my arrival I could not get the room that I have booked. I had to prove my rights for the room and it is really strange for 5 star hotel. Hotel is located right at the ocean and when I go there I have to walk around corners – no straight way. It is not a complain
