Khuyết điểm: The scrambled eggs have been cold. The room had a constant low humming noise that could only be stopped by removing the room key from the reader. That, however, stops all power and you cannot charge anything. The shower curtain was very old. The bed was unbelievably hard and old, you could literally feel every spring of the mattress. The next bus stop was 15 minutes away and the buses had large gaps in between each, plus you have to walk on a very small sidewalk of a very busy street.

Ưu điểm: We travelled as a family of 3 and since we were arriving quite late by bus from Sorrento , this hotel is convenient being very near the main bus station .It was very easy to locate . Rooms are decent and clean . They provide a good breakfast in the morning with a good variety . We also booked a big car to go to the airport Fumicino and the transport provided a very efficient service at decent price ( 49 EUR )

Ưu điểm: Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights in February for our first wedding anniversary! The hotel was stunning and they staff couldn’t do enough for us. When the hotel found out it was our anniversary they upgraded our room and provided us with a complimentary bottle of bubbly! I would definitely recommended this hotel and will consider this place if I return to Rome! Thank you!

Ưu điểm: The staff was super friendly. They speak English and Spanish. The breakfast was good and their pastries were delicious.
Khuyết điểm: The mattress new to be updated because both our beds we were sinking in. The air conditioning console was super dirty from the outside so I can imagine the filters. A lot of the furniture had a lot of loose stuff and broken, so it wasn't kids friendly.

Ưu điểm: Staying here for the 2nd time when I need to come to Rome for a workshop nearby. The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean, include a small fridge and a tea/coffee tray. Breakfast offers wide range of dishes to choose from. Great and helpful stuff! The hotel offers transfer from/to airports and the closest metro station.
Khuyết điểm: The location is convenient if you have a car or on business nearby. Otherwise, it is far away from the city center, with infrequent public buses. Coffee from a coffee machine at breakfast is below Italian standards. I never felt unsafe walking around the hotel neighborhood but it is mostly a residential area with almost nothing around and in need of some renovation.

The air-conditioning kept blowing out cold air and the temp gage wouldn't change. I rang reception and they reactivated the temp gage. The heating took hours to be in effect. I froze most of the night.

Ưu điểm: The location was perfect - right next to the train station so easy to get to all the amazing sights of Rome. The room was beautiful, my husband particularly liked the huge TV The breakfast and the breakfast staff were great, especially the Manager that seated us. So smiley and friendly really made us feel welcome and the coffee is very moreish.

Khuyết điểm: -overall value wasn't there for me. We stayed at much better Airbnbs and other hotels with AC, just as clean, better locations and more useful staff for a fraction of the price. Not worth the gym, spa or breakfast.
Highly suggest the Azuri Guest House. It's a bit smaller and less"grand" but about 3x Cheaper, very clean and has AC. Located in the monti district where you can find cheap good food, it's more central and has a nightlife.
-room was hot and humid with no way of adjusting the temperature mid October(the number 1 reason for getting a low score)
-no way to turn AC on once they turn Heat on (ok if you don't mind noise by openining window)
-reception is a bit stupid and lazy. Couldn't get towels, they didn't "know how to book a shuttle or taxi to the airport"
-small gym that's not properly ventilated, it's extremely stuffy in there. 2 treadmills, a bike, up to 10kg dumbbells and a really bad piece of techno gym equipment.
-Elevator is really small.

The first room we stayed in was so small that two people could not move around and the bathroom seemed old and not so clean. The staff was unfriendly. They gave half responses to questions, would not help us find alternative transportation services to the airport for example because they only worked with one service, and the breakfast was horrible. We stayed at 2 star hotels that had a much better breakfast.

It seems like they are not happy when you aske something, and they don't allow you to use micro to warm up baby food (that is not acceptable for a hotel when you have baby with you. Hotel has a bar butt its empty for the most drinks on menu so you end up going to the hotel next door to buy drinks.

Khuyết điểm: The hotel is in bad shape. Carpet is shabby, paint chipping off walls, etc. I'd stayed at a Eurostar hotel in Munich that was modern, clean and very comfortable and thought the Rome location would be similar since it's a chain...but they seemed like two different companies.
That said, it's fine for the budget traveler. Clean room and decent shower, but the whole place from the lobby to the rooms are just much shabbier than they appear online.

And every morning we woke because of someone`s talking loudly in the yard. We cant even see the sky, because of tightness of the yard. Absolutely awful breakfast. noone from the staff pay attention to you. The salad was spoiled, pineapples turn sour. I will never stop in this hotel. it may have 2 star, not 4!

Khuyết điểm: the superior room i booked looked contemporary with nice furnishings, however on arrival we were allocated something completely different, when i complained i was informed there was more than one type of superior room, it was only when i refused to move from reception that the room i thought i had booked was allocated to us so beware you may end up at the front of the hotel overlooking a very busy/loud main road. Stated television with internarional channels, only one english one - BBC World News ! No tea/coffee making facilities in the room - unacceptable for the price we paid.

She makes the most amazing breakfast. It makes you feel very spolded. I really liked how clean our bedroom and bathroom was. Very, very clean. Nice thick fluffy sheets and pillows on a very comfortable bed. And a modern bathroom. For me it was most certanly the best B&B that I ever visited.

Ưu điểm: Anna the owner of the bnb was very kind and helpful! Me and my friend arrived late at night, and Anna prepared some welcome sandwiches, snacks and drinks for us. The room was very cosy and clean, a bed was comfy, there was even a fresh rose in a vase at the table. Breakfast was super deliscious. We asked for a vegetarian option, and Anna cooked it for us. A bathroom was very clean, and slippers and robes were there for us. Transport was right next to the appartment, though we decided to walk to Colosseo from there as we love walking. Thank you Anna for a wonderful stay at Gaia's Room B&B!

Anna even gave us a bottle of wine when the one we bought at the supermarket turned out to be corked. Such a lovely hostess. She even provided us with some delicious fresh fruit to enjoy in our room. Tea coffee and snacks were also provided gratis. Along with the sweets which we polished off no problem. Would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble.

Ưu điểm: Gaia's Room is a fantastic place to stay, very homely in a terrific location, it's within walking distance from Termini Train station, has Bus and Tram hubs really close by with tickets available from the shop below that's also owned and run by The owners of Gaia's Room, Anna and Giovanni. We saw many of Roma's treasures and wonders and met incredibly nice people during our visit and top of that list sit Anna & Giovanni. Anna is so kind, helpful and has a passion for hosting and it shows. Nothing seems to be a problem, even for a Coeliac Vegan, filling our room with delicious Vegan and Gluten Free treats and drinks from the mini-bar. Anna also prepared an outstanding varied breakfast (Vegan croissants courtesy of Giovanni's early morning visit to the baker). They really could not have done more. We are looking forward to staying there again someday soon and highly recommend that you do too, so much so we have family members who are eager to visit Gaia's Room in the near future. Ưu điểm: The location is perfect ! The room and all the items in it were carefully cleaned every day we wanted this (by default - every day, but we didn't need so often). The towels and sheets were clean, snow-white. All the mentioned in offer items were stable and worked properly. There were about 10 hangers in our room - enough for us. There were neither loose taps nor handles - no such inconveniences. But the most important of this place is his host - Gianpaolo! He was in touch every time we needed to contact him. Gianpaolo is a very kind host and gave us a lot of useful tips. Moreover - he helped us with a lot of extraordinary informations we needed! Thanks a lot, Gianpaolo for everything you did for us during all our 9 days stay! We highly recommend this place :)

Ưu điểm: Location is ideal, 2 minute walk to Termini station, several restaurants in walking distance, all major attractions less than a 30 minute walk away - Vatican about 1 hour walk. This hotel has been newly renovated and only opened in December so everything is new and clean etc. I believe it used to operate under a different name. Room was cosy but unbelievable value for money and location was perfect so definitely would recommend and will stay here again if I am back in Rome.

It’s location is perfect for Roma Termini station hence for getting around the attractions either on the Metro or the Hop on Hop off busses, for the great restaurants and bars that are very close and for travelling from and to FCO Airport on the Express trains. Great staff, great sauna, steam room, gym and rooftop hot tub.

However the hotel surroundings are a bit sketchy, not the best location for a long stay for sure. ---- Also a bit random but might be useful: The coffee machines in the breakfast room were brewing a very bad coffee (it smelled like coffee with ranch dressing on top, the after taste was a bit of instant coffee with cream), I tried the two machines available and I had the same results. There was a real espresso machine isolated inside the bar, but never asked them if it was for guests. Everyday I brew myself espresso based drinks at home, so I have acquired a special "taste" over time, I ended up drinking a "British tea", I was in a hurry.

Ưu điểm: Staff is very helpful. It is very close to everywhere we want to visit. You can walk or takebus or metro. All of them are very close to hotel.
Khuyết điểm: There is a bad smell in the bathroom. The breakfast is too poor. There isn't even a towel in the room.
