Excellent position, 10 min walk to Piazza Venezzia, 25 min walk to Trevi Fountain. Good area, beautiful architectural buildings

There is room to improve the staff at the reception, and the staff at the restaurant.

The location was good and the hotel was convenient for sightseeing in Rome as it was only a 15 minute walk from the coloseum and Trevi fountain.

We chose an economy room which I wouldn't recommend as the beds are far too small for two people.

Excellent, modern and clean room, with a large bathroom

Check-in and front counter staff were frequently distracted (on the phone, etc) and at times not particularly helpful

location was great!!! in the middle of via nationale, great shopping area, very close to the metro ( 5 mins walk). WIFI connection and for those who don't have laptops, there is a business room in the lobby. The hotel is infront of a great cafe that also has reasonable prices.

No breakfest included... hotel staff should have more knowledge of places to go and recommend more specific places.
