Distance to railway is about 2km,: 20-30min by walking even with suitcase, about 10 minutes for all points of interest. Breakfast rich and good enough. Ưu điểm: This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Florence. It is steps away from the Duomo, but tucked away so that it is quiet and seems to be off the beaten path...perfect location! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is attentive. The lobby is very comfortable, lots of attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is lovely, with many options.....something for everyone. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will return. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Ưu điểm: The staff at Helvetia Bristol could not have been warmer and more accommodating during my four night stay. Their warm welcomes and spot-on suggestions were greatly appreciated. I love this hotel and will definitely return. It is a historic boutique hotel (don't expect large rooms). The location cannot be beat in central Florence.

If you are hot or uncomfortable you have to open a window which just lets the noise in. Street cleaners, and trash service comes by at 5am which is nuts! Breakfast was blah...Single room was a closet and horrible shower. Im in shape and didn't fit in the shower.

Location: cannot be better Atmosphere hotel: very cosy Hotel room: TOP nicely and newly decorated, very comfortable beds. Room and bathroom impeccably clean. Although our room was on the street side no noise at all. Maybe because of the extra wooden shutters which they close during the turn-down. And last but not least: the staff! We have never stayed in a hotel with such a kind, nice and helpful group of people at the door and behind the reception desk. Federico, Allesandro, Sara, Gabriel, Lucretia and all others thanks for making our stay so special!!

Ưu điểm: This is a beautiful, classic hotel, sumptuously appointed, but not over the top. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is wonderful. The breakfasts are elegant. (Best croissants of our trip!) The location is perfect, close to everything. Wonderful in almost all respects, BUT . . .
Khuyết điểm: The hotel has a problem with noise, especially on the Via del Pescioni side. We were on the second floor, and disturbed during the night by revelers in the street, but especially by the very loud noises of service vehicles starting about 6 am. The hotel must be aware of this, because they provided ear plugs (!) by the bedside. (We should have had the wits to read this ominous sign.) They moved us to a room on the other side for our second night. Avoid rooms overlooking the street! Also, there is no coffee machine in the rooms.

Ưu điểm: Lovely high quality Hotel as expected from a St Regis. Staff fall over backwards to help and nothing is a problem. Restaurant ambiance was nice and the food was excellent. Restaurant staff were superb. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was a little tight
Khuyết điểm: The dress standard in the restaurant was poor with Americans wearing baseball caps, training shoes, running shorts and T shirts during dinner. Not acceptable for a 1* restaurant. It certainly wouldn’t be allowed in any other Michelin stared restaurants I’ve been to.

Ưu điểm: Lovely staff, very welcoming, they were super polite and helpful, I went to do some laundry, and I had no idea how much laundry I gave them, but they still managed to count it all correctly, despite the fact I should have filled out the form prior with how much laundry I gave them, but I was a bit of an oaf, and didn't read properly, but they all were super nice about it. Facilities were always clean. The spa was fantastic after a long day out with lots of walking, and the quality of the aesthetic was top notch also. Everything was generally perfect. Additionally, cash was an acceptable payment which was amazing as a tourist. Less places are taking cash these days, and for some tourists this can difficult.

Ưu điểm: Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, they guided us about the important landmarks nearby and marked every place on a map to help us find them. The buffet breakfast was excellent, the french toast and mushroom cheese omelette were delicious. I loved the free apertivo hours in the evening where you could sit in the bar, sip a drink of the day,(or juice) with hors d'oeuvres like nuts, bite size sandwiches, olives, etc.

Ưu điểm: Sandra and Giovanni were very friendly and helpful. They gave me tipps where to eat and go. They even offered breakfast :). The garden was a dream and one could spend some time there. The room was very clean and had everything one need, they had even thought about mosquitos and so on. Ưu điểm: If your priority is a Negroni made just right in an elegant setting, look no further! Beautiful location away from the bustle of Firenze with convenient 10min shuttle access. Cuisine is straightforward and taste is on point. A joy to see restaurant staff working in a team like a happy well oiled machine. Clean, well maintained and manicured property with large grounds. Hotel is not “fresh” but has true patina which is rare. Great roomy covered parking for the driver concerned with their car. Service throughout is impeccable and a reasonable price point gives a feeling of great value.

Ưu điểm: I'm so glad I stayed here, it was utterly charming. The house has been in the family for generations and you can tell how much the space is loved and cared for. Value for money was incredible. It felt like a really special and stylish hotel. Bogdan and Diletta were so friendly and kind. My room (ground floor) was absolutely enormous with a HUGE bathroom! It also had exclusive use of the garden and terrace. The room was completely silent (the only quiet place I stayed in Italy!). The hosts have created a booklet of information, with a level of detail and thoughtfulness that you don't usually find: things like recommended restaurants near the accommodation, restaurants near the tourist attractions, and a list of the museums that are open on Mondays (a lot of places seemed to be closed on Mondays but thanks to the list I was able to plan really good stuff to do). Bogdan also highlighted recommendations and routes on a map, which was very helpful and I took it everywhere! The location is slightly out of the main town, which I liked because it was so peaceful, and it took only 10-15 mins to walk to the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again if (when!) I return to Florence.

We have been staying in NH Collection Hotel through out our stay in Italy and NH collection Porta Rossa is the best NH Collection for me. They gave us family room with this amazing fresco ceiling. The decoration of this hotel is very rustic and every corner of this hotel is picturesque!

Very centrally located, a short walk to all the museums, etc. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and sincerely friendly. The room was gorgeous, the breakfast the best we've experienced in a long time. We'd definitely stay here again if we returned to Florence.

1. The location was hard to beat - we could walk everywhere.
2. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice way to start the day.
3. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - got us reserved tickets into Ufizzi and Academia and provided helpful suggestions.
4. Room was clean and bathroom was on par for what I have come to expect from Italy. Air conditioning and wifi were nice to have.
Khuyết điểm: To be honest, we were really pleased with the place considering price, location, and friendliness of staff. The one thing I would say is that the bed - while not uncomfortable and completely adequate - was not an incredibly comfortable bed. But it worked - we slept great.

Ưu điểm: A surprisingly well kept and run small traditional Florentine hotel. Location is great, surrounded by tons of restaurants and bars and in a walking distance to everything. I stayed there only two nights, so didn't want to leave. Bed and pillows and everything was super comfortable and clean. Overall exceeded my low expectations, for 70 euros a day it's a HIT, also including very nice breakfast. Didn't rate it exceptional as there were some hot water issues which seemed to have been at least partially fixed after I complained... I would go back and stay there again, and I almost never say that. (they also have a small pool and jacuzzi for the summer)....

Ưu điểm: We had a delightful stay at Hotel Ginori Al Duomo. The hotel has been renovated and our room was very nice with antique furnishings and wood beams. The breakfast buffet was great for starting a day of sightseeing. The location was convenient also.
Khuyết điểm: There is no elevator but a porter brings your bags upstairs for you. We did not mind the stairs but it would not be for some people.

Ưu điểm: Extremely original, an experience like no other, one gets to feel the real Italia, how they live, high ceilings, awesome decor, extremely clean!!! Love the surrounding streets, very authentic. There’s a large supermarket nearby, and delicious hand-made Gelato store. Highly recommend it!!
Khuyết điểm: Loved everything, just make sure you take a cab if you have lots of luggage; otherwise, walking is breathtaking;)

Ưu điểm: The staff were all very helpful and friendly! They are all wonderful ambassadors for the city of Florence and the charmingly unique hotel. This hotel is truly a trip back in time with its elegance yet modern amenities. Location is great, right near many shops and restaurants. I felt safe coming home alone after a late dinner. Ensure that you book the room for your needs, and there are different rooms with/without pool access for more budget flexibility. I loved that I had a view of the pedestrian friendly narrow street.
Khuyết điểm: Nothing in particular could have been better ! I am a heavy sleeper so the light background noise in the evening was fine even with my preference of having the window open for a light breeze :) there is AC as well if you prefer.
