These are apartments that do not offer breakfast. The location is very good, at the center of Leuven. The apartments are spacious and can accommodate up to 5 people (in reality two adults and up to three children in a loft). The wifi was working very well.
Location hard to find, unless you use the navigator of a modern mobile phone. There were a number of blemishes, e.g. the boiler to make tea or coffee was not working. There was only one paper roll in the bathroom and I barely made it, as the apartment was not supposed to be cleaned for a week. When I left I had to check out until 10am, but my conference was finishing at 14:00 and there was nowhere to leave my luggage for safe keeping. There is no reception and the outside door was often found open. The stairs to the first floor are dangerous.

No soap, no shampoo, no bedside lamp, falling towel racket, dusty floor, mice running around.

Well, bathroom functions OK, but rather old fashioned and a bit ramshackle; watercooker in kitchenette didn’t work, but these are minor points

The room was more spacious than expected
There was some land clearing in the area in front of the property, Workers started early on Friday morning. A little annoying and the job was completed fairly quickly
