All we like about this hotel was Staff. People are definitely making this place to don’t end up to be a disaster! But that’s all what we like..

Starting from things like blood on the wall of our bathroom, you pay for breakfast €8 but you get dry piece of bun and 2 hams to choose (from which one is eatable), cheese and mozzarella. We were lucky to have SPANISH group so for ONE DAY we had a hot breakfast and loads LOADS of stuff. This was just for one day.. after that we were left just with butter, bread, ham and mozzarella. Nothing hot! No scrumble eggs or sausages or even a VEGETABLES! If I would be a vegan or vegetarian I would die in the morning! They promise you to access facilities- instead of that you get a room on 5th level (the only room with balcony) with drill over your head at 8am I the morning. Definitely NOT A PLACE TO STAY.Next time we will definitely get just an apartment outside of hotel as it saves your money and DISAPPOINTMENT. Last year we went to 3 star hotel and we had better time and access to facilities then this. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN TERMS OF HOTEL. THIS IS SERVICE OF 2 STARS NOT 4!

The hotel is unacceptable. I forgot my European identity and for a week they didn't call me and they had all the information. I realized that I didn't have it when I needed to travel from Almeria to Athens (Greece). I could not travel. And I paid 300 € for a new ticket. I traveled with suitcases from Almeria to Malaga (there is the hotel) to get my ID, without it I could not travel. His employee was talking and just looking at me. He did not know if a customer had forgotten his identity. Eventually, she found it and when I made a complaint she simply told me "it was here." I blame myself for forgetting my identity but mistakes are made. Couldn't those who had all my information call me? It is an important document, especially for tourists. Unacceptable.Also, I talked to booking customer service to ask about the regulations and they told me: "they should have notified me from first day"
