The staff was very helpful. Location is a 15 minute walk from the train station if you know where you are going. We used this hotel as a stop over before going to the airport and thought it was very good for this purpose

The breakfast was good and versatile. Not just sweet choices but also salty choices.
The hotel is not a four star hotel on an international standard. It is a three star hotel.

Very good location (close to metro station, at the beginning of a very commercial road, 5 metro stops to Duomo), nice new and spacious room, very polite english speaking staff. Italian style, very good breakfast! Good value for money! Would definetely recommend it!!
The only bad thing was that there was not enough light in the room!

The stuff is great, people are very welcoming and nice. Metro station is very close.
Breakfast is poor. My room wasn't clean enough. Beds were awful- mattress was so hard, I couldn't sleep well. Room was very small.

The hotel is nice and clean with a very friendly and helpful staff. It has a very good location a few steps from Corso Buenos Aires, one of the major shoppingstreets in Milan.The metro stop is max 100 meters away and just 2 stops to the Central station. The breakfast at the hotel was very good, and the chocolate croissants there was the best I ever have had. .) I would definitely go back.
