Ưu điểm: El staff fue muy amable, la habitación estaba siempre limpia, cuidan el bienestar y comodidad de sus huéspedes, siempre hay opciones para comer y beber (incluso en la cocina hay comida gratuita para que te prepares algo).

Ưu điểm: Had a great stay. The staff is extra friendly and the place has a realy lively atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Made my stay in Milano.

Ưu điểm: The location was great. Right next to the train station. Since it was Christmas night they organized a dinner for staff and guests. The atmosphere was so good. The staff was amazing, they were friendly and helped you where they could. The beds were comfi and the rooms and common area's were clean. The fact that they offer free breakfast, dinner and snacks the whole day is a bonus. Definitely recommend everyone to come here during their stay in Milan.

Khuyết điểm: The ensuite bathroom is sometimes inconvenient when someone is taking a long shower. Luckily there are extra bathrooms upstairs.

Ưu điểm: Every space created for the comfort of the guests like the kitchen with food at your disposal was really surprising, the parlour setting, the penthouse, the underground game centre. Very Clean even with the number of guests daily. Easy access everywhere, Friendly staff who even dashed me a padlock and made descriptions easier. Although I didn’t really mix up which that was on me but I did have a good recession, I will recommend for a tourist. Thank you Ostello Bello.

Khuyết điểm: Asked for baby crib after booking which they confirmed. Upon arrival, we had an open sofa bed. Got the crib (an uncomfortable plastic one) after half an hour. A bit annoying with a tired baby after a long flight in late hours.

Khuyết điểm: I experienced a serious security breach at the hotel. After checking in, I tried to open another room by mistake. The room opened, and there was a gentleman relaxing on his bed, after taking a shower apparently (the floor was all wet). I immediately reported the incident at reception. They run some checks and then the director wrote an email that their system did not detect any breaches of security and that my attempt entry in a different room was denied. This made me even more worried, because I know for a fact that I was able to enter in someone else room. The fact that their system didn’t detect the breach means that their system has clear faults. We ended up having a poor night of sleep being concerned for our safety that our door could be potentially opened my a stranger by mistake, exactly as it happened to us. Furthermore the receptionist was quite unfriendly and refused to give us her last name.

Ưu điểm: A great modern hotel in an excellent location just across the Central Train staition (useful if you are traveling via malpensa airport ot if you want to visit the lakes, Como etc...) and a metro station just in front of its entrance. The room was cleaned every day and its view was amazing (central station). The breakfast and the included lunch had a large veriety of food, cakes, salads and fruits. The bed was very comfy and relaxing. Everything was perfect. In my next travel in Milan I will definately stay there again.

Ưu điểm: Location is just opposite of the Milan Central Station where you can easily take shuttle bus to Malpensa Airport or anywhere else. Include dinner during the stay is perfect too. Loved the dinner and breakfast varieties. Excellent! Will go back in future.

Khuyết điểm: Couldn’t get a seat at breakfast, had to wait for an age as single people sat at tables of four. No one sitting in bar on the two weekends evening we visited, would make more sense to combine both areas for eating or flip the bar area to upstairs. Bar and restaurant are absolutely awful. Dining option was awful, breakfast was awful, bar is dreadful. Save money and use as a place to lay your head if you have to. I always stay in this area when I visit Milan but I would not stay in this hotel again.

Khuyết điểm: Didn't know there was city tax to pay for every night at the check out other than the reservation charges online. Just some unexpected expense.

Khuyết điểm: There was a bad smell from the drains. The room had an air of neglect with chipped walls and the desk had pieces of wood missing. A plug was hanging out of the wall until I pushed it back in. The restaurant was closed until January 2nd with no notification on the website. There was no room service and no facilities to make a tea or coffee in the room.

Ưu điểm: Steps away from Milano Centrale Station! The staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable. We left too early to try the breakfast.

Khuyết điểm: The decor could be upgraded as it looks very dated. It was probably a luxury hotel with top notch technology in the early 90's/80's. It was kind of fun to check out the vintage tech. Overall though we were very comfortable.

Khuyết điểm: Front desk staff. They were treating us as if we weren’t their guests. So disrespectful and lacking dignity. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT WITH STAFF!!!

Ưu điểm: Excellent breakfast and location. Breakfast had anything you can think of: fresh fruit, yogurts, cakes, bacon, sausages, cheeses, hams, etc., Centrale Train station just in front the hotel. Bus to and from Bergamo aiport in front of hotel too. Milan underground taken from centrale train station was very easy to use. Duomo is just 4 underground stops away.

Khuyết điểm: Our room was on the 12th floor yet I could hear sounds from the street (people talking, laughing and singing) till the early morning hours. It's a pity they did not invest in double glazed windows. A light sleeper like me will not be able to sleep through the night. Some of the people at the reception need training in how to deal with customers. We overheard a conversation about a customer who was complaining, and the way one of them was talking about this customer lacked respect.

Khuyết điểm: I stay for this hotel for many times. This time is the worst. I do not what happened. The wifi does not work since the first day. Then I tried to connect with other rooms wifi. It works for half day. Again it does not work. Since the air conditioner start to crearte its own sounds. The noise makes me sleepless. Then they offer another room to me and the internet works for one day only. I do not know what happens to this hotel. They could not fix the internet by all their technican. I guess they have only limited internal package from the operator. Thats why the inernet does not work. I am business traveller. If the internet does not work for me , it is a diaster.

Khuyết điểm: Needs a renovation. Rooms are nicely appointed for their era, but feel quite out of date.
