The location is so convenience that nearby the train station, the receptionist is so helpful that is so willing to share the local information, favour with us.

It is noisy that I have waked up in the mid night. The noisy isolation shall be improved.

The staff were friendly, and helpful. location good for railway station.

The rooms were very poor, I had just lost my father, and this was a break.. and thought I was going to a nice hotel to relax & to meet up with my son, but on arrival it seemed like we were probably put in the worst room anyone could ever want to be int time.401. I cried & wanted to go home, they moved us to another room which was very noisy but clean, and a little brighter, just disapointing on the amount we paid for this break. This was also my husbands 50th birthday, it ended up ok in the end as the staff were helpful, but I still feel it was a lot of money foi what we had.
