Clean. Beautiful resort facility. The shuttle to sea world was nice. They were a lifesaver when I suffered from heat exhaustion. They allowed me to stay extra nights at the kayak rate. They provided me water, even loaded my car up with water when the valet brought it to me.

i had a beautiful stay in a wonderful hotel, I was unhappy I paid $100 for parking for two days.
Updated the very large open atrium to current standards.
Only one restaurant...food only marginal.

Lacking for this business traveller
Beautiful property, great staff, and I did enjoy getting to take a dip in the pool at the end of a long day, since it's open until midight!
$15 per day for spotty WiFi is terrible for a business traveler. I'm a Marriott Rewards member and so told WiFi was only free if I booked directly through Marriott - but you don't always have control over these things when you're booking business travel. Very little in the area - Sea World across the street, but just a 711 and Bonefish grill in the area and VERY DARK sidewalk and parking lot make it clear this is not an area for pedestrians. Seemed a great fit for families, with the water park, but as someone in town for a conference, it didn't offer anything to make me a repeat customer.
Staff are wonderful, specifically at the Mist, and values, very respectful and kind. Also, I thought I had misplaced some cash, and my room attendanant must have found it and he/she folded everything in my room nicely, and there was the bundle of money I thought I had lost! I loved the gym, the pool, the lobby bars and restaurants. Steve, Jimmy and Jamie, at the Mist, specifically, were kind and so nice and accommodating. Good service equals happy customers,they deserve a bonus for working hard and remaining not only calm, but kind, even at peak times with a variety of guests to deal with, including some that were less than kind.
My room had ants upon arrival, however I was quickly moved to a new room, although I had to ask for the move, it turned out on.
Excellent high quality staff, service, facilities
The staff was great - from the valet, to front desk, to concierge and housekeeping. Lounge and restaurant (buffet breakfast was GREAT) drinks, food and service were top notch. We found everything clean, well-stocked, and in good condition. Very comfortable beds, linens, and nice towels. Room was very quiet, even though it was close to the elevators. Free valet parking for our Hybrid car, too!
The A/C didn't quite do the job - it never did get down to the thermostat temp of 72 - although it indicated it was. We then set it to 65, but it never got any cooler. Had we stayed another night, we would have asked that it be addressed. In room coffemakers - inconveniently placed on a bottom shelf of the TV cabinet. On/off switch was broken. Two creamers that barely turned the coffee a different color - surely could be better on that front.
Definitely staying again
The atmosphere was beautiful. All staff and services were amazing. Dominic at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well designed.
Parking is $20 but it's not too bad considering how affordable the hotel is.
Everything. Staff, cleanliness, spectacular room accommodation, food, pool. 5 stars from us. Will be back next month.
