The morning buffet was acceptable.

Hardly anyone spoken any english. Tried to order room service and because no one spoke english, they hung up the telephone! Had to have someone come in with me to do a refund to my credit card. Was told it could take up to 15 or 20 days for this credit to be refunded to my account.

I enjoyed to stay in Mercure Apartments The Must. The location is good and the hotel fits its purpose.

Internet is not fast and you need to buy a voucher every 24h.... Did not seem practical to me.

Location appears to be good for those doing business in S. Paulo.

I think they overcharged the frigo bar. A coke for 15.00 is not a charge, it is a robbery.
