Ưu: "The crew who were dedicated to our row came by and introduced themselves individually. They came frequently to ask for anything I required. They prompty responded to a request call. The lavatory to passenger ratio for Business class was excellent and I never had to wait for more than a minute. The food was very good but there is room for improvement."

Khuyết điểm: "They cancelled our flight without informing us from Doha to Miami, so they were going to fly us to Doha at 3 a.m., take us to hotel, and then have us fly the next day. This was the third time this airlines cancelled a flight on us for the same trip. The first two times were traveling from Miami to Delhi, we had to change our itinerary because they cancelled the flight, and we had to fly on different dates. This caused a series of hotel changes and cancellations costing us a lot of money. On the flight that we finally got from Doha to JFK, the man sitting next to me SMELLED LIFE THE FUNK OF 40,000 YEARS. It is unbearable. Thirteen hours of pungent body odor that even the flight attendants acknowledged was horrific. It was a miserable experience flying with this airline for what was to be the trip of a lifetime."

It was a disappointment because we are both disabled and it is very difficult to drag a large bag through sfo without any wheels. United did offer a $75 voucher which was about half the cost of the bag. We were tired and accepted it."

Khuyết điểm: "Having the middle seat always sucks. They also didn't have inflights personal entertainment. And since everyone uses the headphone jack, they're loose and your headphones don't stay in. Hint: next time make the jack horizontal instead of vertical."

Ưu: "I got upgraded from Economy to Economy Plus without being charged a dime more. And the difference between the two classes is very noticeable! The Economy Plus seats may have an extra 3" per side and it's awesome! Plus, United partnered up with ANA for my first leg to Manila and that plane was spectacular, as was the top-notch crew!"

The charging outlets are located in a place where only a three year old could reach, sure you've got them, but what is the point?"

Khuyết điểm: "having to sit in an aircraft for more than 2 and a half hours after push back from the gate and unable to take-off due to a computer problem at their Chicago headquarters. If the captain knew about the problem, he should not have let passengers board so early. This flight was operated by United Airlines so Lufthansa should not get any blame for this."

Khuyết điểm: "Going west to Chicago - no attendant personnel ready to fly out of Chicago. Flight delay. Chicago to SFO - inflight toilet equipment failure resulting in a 3 hr delay. How long does it take to check the toilet while the plane is on the ground?"
Ưu: "Boarding was fast and easy. Crew was kind to allow me to use an empty seat in the middle row and get more space. Managed to connect to onboard entertainment with a tablet and avoided to use the tiny screen that still exists on United's 767s."

Khuyết điểm: "The plane was in the Houston hanger most of the day, but it seems they didn't test it. Even after being delayed on the ground due to rain and a mechanical problem with the ramp for three hours, the plane had to turn around and come back to Houston due to another mechanical issue. Finally left 13.5 hours late. I did receive a hotel room, breakfast and 10,000 miles compensation for the hassle, but I would rather have been in Brazil on time."

It was a pretty crummy to spend Easter Sunday at the airport while our entire family celebrated the holiday. I do really appreciate the travel certificates we received for our trouble."
