Ưu: "The crew was very helpful and fast, at the gate of flight from Doha to Tbilisi they greeted and thanked me in Georgian, which was very nice of them. The seats were comfortable and the entertainement was good during almost ten hour flight from Manila to Doha."
Khuyết điểm: "The food during the flight from Manila to Doha was poor. Last year I flew from Doha to Singapore in January and the year before that from Doha to Colombo, the food on both of the latter flights was very good. The food during flight from ManilaManila to Doha was poor."

Khuyết điểm: "The airline demaged both of my completely new suitcases. They both had TSA approved locks. One of the suitcses has a missing wheel, another one ripped zipper and missing lock and it was wraped in plastic. A few items were missing from that bag."

Khuyết điểm: "Crew members are waking up for lunch and breakfast but not for snacks and other beverages. We are feeling hungry later. we aren't knowing when they ll provide."

Ưu: "Movies and onboard games were good. So was the food. Crew took good care of us and the toilets were clean"
Khuyết điểm: "We couldn't lower the seats backwards. It was horror for eight hours. And one little tv didn't work but they gave my wife a diferent, better seat because of that. We had a long layover, 12 hours, and they said we didn't have rights for anything. So we went to the city on our one because we didn't want to go on organized tour that we need to pay extra money"

Khuyết điểm: "Every single flight we were on was delayed, with no explanation. The food was good on the plane, but almost every meal option I wanted was out by the time the crew got to my seat."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight attendant dropped a suitcase on my head when I was sleeping. I had terrible headache, nauseous, and dizzy with some really uncomfortable neck pain. The staff tried to get me to take medicines that I could not read for nauseous but I would not. They said they were prescribed by a doctor! What doctor. The flight was the longest worst ever! 14 hours - nothing to eat or drink! In addition, the head flight attendant said the baggage compartment over my head was a problem as it opens all the way down and bags fall easily out. The bag was easily 30 pounds and landed directly on my head. I suffered a concussion."

Ưu: "Everything was excellent as I have come to expect. The business class seat was not one of those new diagonal ones, but made a full width flat bed, so I could sleep for a few hours. Food and service excellent."

Khuyết điểm: "However I feel the need to share that the lid of one of the lights fell off and hit my girlfriend on her nose while she was asleep hurting her instantly. I understand that it was an accident, but nobody takes responsibility for it."

Khuyết điểm: "This is an isolated experience on Qatar but a couple of the crew members had poor attitudes. One flight attendant talked down to passengers during boarding and while serving. Another flight attendant acted as if if she was being inconvenienced when asked for water. The seat did not function properly. It would recline on its own which caused constant adjustment throughout the flight."

Khuyết điểm: "The first flight of my journey was delayed which made me late for my next two connecting flights. I arrived on vacation a day late. Paid for a hotel and activities that I never used. My bag arrived 5 days late. I had to buy clothes on a daily basis which ate up more time and fun money. The airline gave me nothing except empty promises and dismissive apologies."

Ưu: "Qatar Airways was very cooperative and kind enough to switch my flight 4 hours earlier with alternative flight free when I asked them to change it if that possible. They did so with kind and smile within 10 minutes while it was very difficult due to boarding time and luggage switching Boarding was okay Crew also was kind, responsive, Food was great Entertsinment was the issue due to airplane size and airplane facilities like Internet and entertainment tv screen was not in your seat Thank you so much Qatar Airways"

Khuyết điểm: "I ordered a bland meal not knowing it would be fish, which I'm allergic to, and when asked if I could have something else, the steward did not even attempt to find me or offer me another meal, so I went without one. I had an almost 12 hour flight with no food, that was disappointing to say the least."

Khuyết điểm: "I sat in seat 12A- the window was so hot it was burning my arm and I was extremely hot. Not sure if it’s from the engine heat or sun but it’s probably a mechanical issue that the 737 should address. Horribly uncomfortable trip."

Khuyết điểm: "Everything. In a flight from Miami/Orlando (full of families) you are not allowed to choose seats, at the gate (where you supposed to change seats) the staff was rude, inside the plan people make their own changes and it gets a mess. Terrible experience."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight from Miami to Sao Paulo was delayed, therefore, I lost the flight from Sao Paulo to Asunción, those from Latam did not give me any solution and they sent me to the people of American Airlines saying it was their fault. I traveled 3 hours through the whole airport and they did not give me any solution, no new flight."

Khuyết điểm: "After take off I could no longer hear anything through the headphone jacks. Staff was VERY rude & unpleasant the whole trip. Feed half of my family, and left the other half of us to sit there until there was only one choice left, Then completely forgot to serve me anything."

Khuyết điểm: "There was no one at the ticket kiosk located by TSA and no sign that said they would be back or to go to another booth. After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

Ưu: "The crew of the plane going to Rome was very nice. Food was good. And the departure was fast."
Khuyết điểm: "The entertainment system crashed and they had to reboot it. Also the system was old and the touch screen was not responsive. The headphone jack was put in such a bad place that I broke my headphones accidentally while moving."

Ưu: "It got me there safely without delays."
Khuyết điểm: "Food isn't good. the connections can be offered in a much better and time efficient way but they were not. I had to change airports in NYC with a 7-hr layover while they could've flown me to JFK (there was available flights). Same thing with coming back, a long layover in Texas."

Khuyết điểm: "Our flight was delayed over 3 hours. Other Advantage members have already received bonus miles for their inconvenience. I am also an Advantage member and have not received bonus points and am unable to get ahold of anyone."

Khuyết điểm: "Delayed over two hrs due to mech. Known long befire scheduled departure according to pilot. Did not know why alt plane was not provided sooner! Not best airline as claimed!"

Khuyết điểm: "There were two (2) obnoxious and drunk Irishmen directly behind us who kept pushing our seats, screaming obscenities for at least 5 hours while playing poker. The flight crew continued to serve them beers and did nothing to shut them them up. If I was not so content on getting to my destination, I would have knocked them out on the plane!"

Khuyết điểm: "we had to wait for the 4th flight attendant for almost 3h in la. The Crew at the gate wasn't even able to make proper announcements. The plane didn't provide charging stations for your devices, I would expect for a flight like this that you either have screens on each seat or you're be able to charge your devices"

Khuyết điểm: "The landing was horrible like slamming on the brakes in traffic. Also when I bought the ticket from Alaska Airlibes on kayak I had bought it at a higher price specifically for that. There was an American Airlines ticket that was cheaper but I opted to pay more because I thought I was flying on Alaska not American. I was very disappointed to see that I was actually flying on American once I was pro ting my ticket and after purchase and "no refund" message. I was very upset about that!"

Khuyết điểm: "Crew asked us to close window shades , so others could watch TV. It was difficult to find things under seat and reading light not as good as real light. Also we think 9 hours of darkness contributed to our difficulty in adjusting to time zone in states. My entertainment panel was very difficult to use and frustrating. It didn't respond to light touch, heavy touch, etc."

Khuyết điểm: "LATAM deboarded me from the flight after I had boarded. They claimed American had cancelled my reservation because they did not think I would make my connection. I ran in order to make it and then instead of offering me information on the next flight they left me stranded with instructions to find American. Terrible, terrible customer service. I will think twice before booking a LATAM flight again."

Ưu: "I liked because it was my mom first international trip and she got all the support from the crew. She loved it!"

Ưu: "The crew kept us informed as to why we didn''t leave the gate on time; they served beverages and snacks in an efficient manner. Once we got to Dallas we were early, he made up time in the air and the captain informed us that the gate was not ready to receive the plane. We waited about 15 minutes and then we got to the gate."

Khuyết điểm: "My seat was changed on me last minute without notifying me. I was moved away from my friends. It took a while to get this resolved with my seat. Once it was solved my chair was broken and could not recline. It took them 3 hours to get this fixed and were rude to me the entire time. I told them I had never been treated so poorly on a plane."

Ưu: "I liked a lot about our flight, especially that we didn't crash."
