From buses to plane, instead of separating people into buses according to seating, they mixed them all up, hence people who had seats up front were entering the rear of the plane and vice-versa, causing incredible congestion and confusion when boarding, people along the center aisles going both ways and trying to pass while loaded with hand baggage, quite ridiculous indeed."

No help with connecting flights was offered. when I asked to reserve a connecting flight - I was put on a connecting flight that I missed anyway because of further on-going delay. When I reached Istanbul - no help was actively offered. I had to arrange my connecting flight. No compensation was offered. When we asked for some food and water, we were sent to the lowest level lounge in Ataturk airport. Very poor Turkish Airlines experience!"

Ưu: "Seat 39A did not recline. The gentleman next to me spread his arms out a bit as he typed on his computer the entire way. So I did not get ANY sleep. Plus he got up at least four times."

Ưu: "The attention and service!! Excellent. It was my birthday and KLM the head purser surprised me with 2 bottles of bubbles and a handwritten birthday card KlM and the crew of this flight thank you very much !"

Ưu: "More than adequate room, And very good service from a very professional staff. Head and shoulders abovevany American carrier, and several European lines I have flown."

Khuyết điểm: "KLM lost my luggage during the layover. My luggage didn't arrive even after the next flight to Prague. Customer service wouldn't give me any idea what flight my luggage would arrive on, nor would they tell me what time my luggage might be delivered to me."

Khuyết điểm: "2 hours on the tarmac delayed with no explanation. Uncomfortable seats, no leg room. Poor management of seating, there was enough empty seats to have groups together but they were split up. Drinks served from a communal bottle in a polystyrene cup."

Khuyết điểm: "This airplane must be the oldest in the fleet. No USB, no charging, no touchscreen technology, no plugs, no bluetooth."

Ưu: "Professional, welcoming and very friendly crew, well-maintained aircraft, comfortable seat and good food. Keep up the good work, KLM."

Khuyết điểm: "Row 6 in business is after the first 5 rows and Galley and restroom. Very awkward"
Ưu: "Everything. Staff incredible."
Khuyết điểm: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Khuyết điểm: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

Khuyết điểm: "Luggage....it is allowed to charge but they shouldn’t charge. During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding was not organized. A lot of food options but only one dish, missed the salad or other options compared to other companies such as Delta, Lufthansa, KLM and etc.. Drinks were ok, lacked alcohol options compared to other companies."

For a midnight flight, I was really bummed to find out that my seat would not recline! My leg room on the A321 was lacking in comparison with GOL."

Khuyết điểm: "My wife’s hand luggage was taken off her and put into the hold, against her wishes. When we arrived in São Paulo, the bag handle had been totally destroyed and the bag dented. During the flight we were only given water, the toilet had no paper or soap. Very poor"

Ưu: "I missed my flight, latam's computer was down, I stayed at the airport for 16 hours with them telling me I can't refund, I can't reschedule, pretty much they took my money and left me stuck in Houston. I waited for this day for 6 months, I sold my car, just for this trip. never flying latam"
Khuyết điểm: "customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life.. worse then any other place I've gone, they will not even try to look into your situation, they took my boarding pass and left me stuck in Houston. $1,000 put into their pocket with no service rendered. I hate my life"
