The staff was amazing, very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast was one of the best we had while traveling and we had a lot of choices from healthy to less healthy options. The restaurant had delicious food as well and it was nice to be able to eat inside or outside. The room was very spacious

Not squeaky clean as expected. If you want to be in old Tbilisi and you don’t like to walk it could be a bit far but that was fine for us.

The staff makes this beautiful Hotel even more beautiful! The entire staff was great, helpful, multi-lingual, their approach to welcome guests is much better than in a five-star hotel! From the moment we arrived till the early morning we left, everything was done with a smile and in a professional human way. The breakfast is amazing, large choice going from fresh pastries, fruits, cheese & ham, different kind of teas and coffee, not to for forget the juice and different waters choice. The yogurts, from small glass jars mixed with fresh fruit, Excellent!!! The hotel room was spacious and well decorated, the bath and shower combination rear to find, but Great. The mattress was the best I slept on for many years. The location is excellent, just beside the Parlement and close to the main street and not too far away from the historical City center. Taxis are called your demand, day & night. The pickup at the Airport was good organized, friendly English speaking driver was waiting for us! The best and most beautiful hotel in the world relies on their staff. The staff of the Shota & Rustaveli Boutique Hotel is the real heart of this unique Boutique Hotel! As a hotelier by myself, I warmly advise any traveler to Tbilisi to choose for this unique Hotel and their great staff. Your expectations come trough. My sincere thanks to all the staff who made our short holiday a very pleasant and amazing experience! In this hotel, you experience that hospitality is not just a job, it is this young team their lifestyle also. My sincere regards to all of you and till my next visit to your amazing hotel, Ludo E.E. Very helpful and responsive staff and the hotel is nice and quiet! Very cool design too. Plus the cat who likes to sit outside is soooo cute! (He doesn’t come inside and is well cared for!)

Good position near Freedom Square. The rooms are spacious & quirky with the bathroom layout. The room was cleaned well. The bed & pillows were magnificent after our experiences in mountain regions of Georgia. The staff were extremely pleasant & helpful. The young lad suggested a fantastic restaurant nearby. Probably the best meal we had. The restaurant in the hotel was very good & had a good selection of organic wines. We enjoyed our 4 nights & would thoroughly recommend the hotel.
