Ưu điểm: Blew us away...amazing thankyou One Ibiza Suites! Booked this last minute and totally wasnt expecting how really lovely this place would be. Great location right on the beach and overlooking the bay and the rooftop bar/ pool area was awesome and a ten minute ride to everywhere. From the additional clothes rail for our party clothes they managed to conjure up to the 8 hour super late checkout nothing was too much for these guys. Loved every minute of it and will be going back next year. Amazing thankyou to all at One ibiza Suites xx

Khuyết điểm: Not much to be honest. Maybe the main restaurant downstairs could have had a few of the options of the upstairs bar but that was it!

Ưu điểm: Amazing suites with everything you need for a short break. Sea view suites are great for people watching! In a great location, just outside Ibiza town and right on the beach Plenty to do and see within walking distance. Great staff too.

Khuyết điểm: The rooftop pool was not heated. This was one of the reasons we booked in low season. The mini bar items were exorbitantly expensive!

Ưu điểm: They kindly upgraded us to a room with sea view which was really kind of them. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is exceptional and definitely the best part of our stay! The room is also very cosy- and the hotel has a nice vibe!

Khuyết điểm: Only two coffe capsules for the entire stay and plates provided needed an extra clean.

Ưu điểm: Really friendly staff, ever so helpful and flexible to meet the timings of our stay. The roof top pool is amazing. The morning balcony views of the beach are worth every penny.

Ưu điểm: Beautiful clean hotel, exceptional staff, couldn’t be more helpful , beautiful rooms , we had a loft suite with an amazing spa bath , hotel is gorgeous , toilet washes and drys your rear lol super fun

Khuyết điểm: Heated pool wasn’t heated it was freezing , but it was end of October , maybe it’s only heated during high season Bed was too hard for my partner , ( I loved it )

Khuyết điểm: No air conditioning, told to open window/door. Construction across the street started at 8:00AM. There was also mosquitos. Had to sleep at temperatures of 26 C.

Ưu điểm: Probably the best view over Playa d'en Bossa bay from any hotel, beautiful sunsets. But also a few minutes stroll from the heart of Ibiza Town.

Ưu điểm: The facilities were great. The spa area for out of season was fantastic. The outside pool was also great albeit cold as we were end of October stay and outside temperature had dropped. But couldn't complain as pool open all year round. Could have done with cleaning more though.

Khuyết điểm: The food in the bar area restaurant was poor and the chocie wasnt good either. We ate at the local Italian opposite which was really nice. Even the staff of the hotel was using the local place, shows how bad the hotel food must be.

Khuyết điểm: Everything fine - there was a bit of a drain smell, but not the fault of the hotel.

Khuyết điểm: The room we got was not the room we were expecting (I paid for "see view", and it was not). At early morning was very noisy.

Ưu điểm: The breakfast is so good and the room is very clean. The most important thing ist the view from the room is amazing. I want to choose it again when I come to Ibiza next time !

Ưu điểm: Great hotel, in a great location, with great service - hard to fault anything. I stayed on the 5th floor for 7 nights, on the street side of the hotel. The room itself was comfortable - spacious bathroom, safe, TV, kettle and tea/coffee, fridge and a comfortable bed, pillows etc. The room was cleaned daily and was always spotless after the clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and smiley and happy - which is always pleasing. Antonia, my room service manager was very very nice and always smiling and friendly. She was great. My room was on the street side - which meant the garbage collection truck could be heard each night at about midnight when collecting the garbage. This was only for 2-4 mins you could hear this. The window could be opened - which was good as I prefer the window open. My room did not have a balcony. The reception staff were always helpful and friendly and smiley too. I had 3 little hiccups during my stay which the reception staff actioned immediately (the toilet kept running, so they arranged the handyman immediately, the TV listing showed EURONews in English but actually there is no an English news channel but rather it is EURONews French - the reception staff arranged the handyman who contacted the company who provides the TV service who confirmed there had been a change and lastly, the aircon leaked water through the ceiling on my last night, so reception arranged for some towels and the handyman to have it looked it) - they were just so so helpful even with these little problems. The breakfast was plentiful and staff were again very friendly and helpful. The food options for breakfast were nice with both hot or cold. Fresh orange juice made each morning was the best. The pool and the property itself are right on the waters edge. The pool is a nice pool - not small, not big. The sun beds are comfy and there were plenty of towels. There is a heated indoor pool (small), spa and a suana - which I used when it was a bit cold outside. The lawn and the garden was refreshing too. The location of the hotel is right on the waters edge which means a 12-16 min walk to the restaurant area (you can walk up the stairs or you can walk around the hill - depending how you feel). Walking around the hill adds extra 5 minutes to the walk but means no stairs. There is a laundromat 7 mins from the hotel and there is a convenience shop opposite and there are 3-4 small restaurants right next to the hotel if you prefer not to walk. All in all - I thoroughly enjoyed staying at THB Los Molinos - it was a great base for my stay in Ibiza for the week. The staff (cleaning, reception, handyman and hospitality) were brilliant and always so helpful and smiley which is what I enjoyed the most.

Khuyết điểm: It would be best to have an English news channel ie CNN or BBC or EUROnews English or Aljazeera English to choose from but this is only a minor issue - after all, I was on holidays so watching the news is not everthing :-)

Ưu điểm: Location of the hotel is great - water front, amazing views, able to walk to beaches, restaurants and bars. Super clean, modern, beautiful, and comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Great pool, bar, spa, and spa facilities.

Khuyết điểm: Horrible staff who try to cheat customers. They say it has AC and the ac when on is Heat only! They never mention to clients that it’s a heater only. I had a horrible sleep sweating then when I asked them to give me late checkout to try to sleep on cool while windows open the supervisor simply said no and that it’s my fault for not knowing it’s best only even though the thermostat clearly says cool! Horrible staff that cheat customers.

Ưu điểm: Everything. Very modern and clean. Hotel looked brand new. Location was excellent for a nice quiet October break. Food was great. No long transfer from the airport.

Ưu điểm: Great location, Good breakfast. Recommend the sea view room for the extra cost. Relaxed hotel in a good location with the seaside promenade out the back allowing very easy access to the local restaurants and cafes. Nice pool for us adults but with a young 2 year old baby, not ideal - but he's only young and still enjoyed a dip. Really enjoyed and would go and stay there again.

Ưu điểm: Very good location on the beach in a quieter part of Ibiza. Walking distance from old-town and Port of Ibiza. Very nice pool to hang out in and the staff were excellent. Room was functional and the bathrooms very nice (and big).

Khuyết điểm: Room was serviced only once for the four days I was there. Not sure why...as a single traveller I did not mind, but if I had been there with my companion or family, would have been a hassle.

Ưu điểm: Fantastic location for us to take a break during a 2 week tour of Spain. We loved the sunshine, pool, beaches, bars and restaurants all within a short walk. The hotel room was clean, roomy and offered a great balcony view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Khuyết điểm: The hotel décor was dated and there was wear and tear evident on furniture and flooring.

Ưu điểm: We could see a spectacular sunrise from our room, right from the sofa. Beds were comfortable and a hairdryer is available. The hotel is right on the beach and a bus station is at 5 minutes walk. Check-in was smooth and the staff was fine.

Khuyết điểm: There was a bit of a struggle for the 4 of us to find charging points for our gadgets.
