Rooms were pleasantly decorated and cleaned to a high standard. Two nice pools Generally the staff are ok. Service around the pool non existent

Breakfast was very poor compared to its sister hotel, a poor selection. No air con, butter not refrigerated you had to spoon it on. Not enough sun beds for the amount of people. The bed cushion were need a deep clean or replacing. If you smoke then your ok as they seem to just smoke anywhere. The boat bar is just empty shelves with no appeal to want to sit there, it actually looks like bailiffs have been in and stripped it. The outside bath is nothing more than a gimmick as there is no privacy from your neighbour or the public path, really needs a screen. Drinks are far to expensive, people were going to the shop and buying there own to drink around the pool, leading a very poor management infrastructure and a lot of wasted opportunities. I certainly will not be returning

Terrible staff, ok resort

Staff was unable to communicate or provide resolution to a very simple issue. Was told no refund and no room provided (they only had "upgraded" rooms for double the price), despite their booking issue. This type of service would never fly in other parts of the world, here it was not only all they would do but they laughed about it on our way out. Location is poor compared to many others around and is very expensive comparatively, both of which I can live with, but the extremely poor service of the night manager was unacceptable.
