A lovely hotel in a great part of the town, wonderful and friendly staff and would deffinately book again
the only down side was the placement of the shower in the bathroom and the fact then when you had a shower the water went everywhere.

Very good and clean hotel, located in central Viareggio. Close to beach and close to trainstation. Very easy to get to both Pisa and La Spezia/Cinque Terre.Friendly and helpful satt/owners.
No breakfast included but good cafées around the corner from the hotel.

Very clean with excellent air conditioning. Location is good, quiet, with a lot of good restaurants nearby.
The way the Internet works is quite irritating - you may use it up to 3 hours per session, then go to reception for another login. If you are inactive just for a minute or two, you have to login again. SSH sessions are killed within minutes ignoring my keep alive settings.
