Mamaison Hotel Le Regina Warsaw

The room was excellent, all staff very attentive. Couldn't ask for better service - from reception desk to restuarant and transfer staff. And by the way, their breakfast is well worth it.

Only thing that let it down was no night service, we stayed for 2 nights and both nights we couldn't get anything

The hotel is located on a quaint street just steps away from restaurants, the old town area, main square and plenty of shopping. The hotel itself is breathtaking upon entering the lobby and you knew you were entering into luxury. The staff greeted us with friendliness and warmth. A very nice young man assisted us by taking our luggage from the car to the room. Entering the room was amazing, as it was so elegant with charm, clean and a nice view of the quiet street. Another unique feature was the mirror was the TV!

Everything was perfect! No complaints at all and would definitely return. I would tell anyone traveling to Warsaw to book a room at this hotel as it is a perfect location and an amazing, quiet hotel.

We were offered an upgraded room which is always nice. Staff was exceptionally helpful. One in particular is Tatiana who helped us with a variety of needs. Breakfast was lovely. Nothing but good things to say about this hote.
