Near shopping center.

There aren't non smoking rooms in the hotel. Parking was expensive

I know the hotel as I have have been going there for over twenty years. It is centrally located in Andorra la Vella.

The brekfast is a disgrace. I wrote to them nicely about it last year whn I visted twice in the summer. This time no croissants at breakfast, only inedible choclatines. And unpalatable breakfast cereal. It used to be so good until Somriu got involved and it has gone downhill. I am sad to not go there again but they have had three chances in the last year.

Nice hotel near the old town. Nice staff.

The feeling of giving the key back to reception and leaving the hotel.

Spent much time waiting for the girls at reception to actually acknowledge we have walked into the room, the girls were too busy gossiping and laughing to serve us. They were both short and abrupt, and definitely did not have a friendly or welcoming look on their face. The room had ancient doona covers covered in cigarette burns. Beds so uncomfortable, may as well have been sleeping on the floor. The door to the balcony did not lock. The tv didnt work, we were told there was one we could watch in reception, to this day still have never seen this mystery tv. Parking was difficult to find.
