Hotel Magic Andorra

Hotel is in a fantastic position, walking distance from everything. Rooms on the back don't have a view but are really quiet. Memory foam mattress was nice, shower was ok (enough pressure, nothing fancy). Very helpful and nice staff. Really good breakfast with lot of variety in the attached restaurant.

Room floor was clean, but curtains and ventilation were really really dusty. And the bathroom ceiling was a bit moldy. There was no stand where to put the luggage, so you can either leave on the ground or put it in the wardrobe if it fits (I was staying for a short time so I didn't want to undo the luggage, ended up using a bedside stand as luggage stand).

We spent two nights here as part of a motorcycle trip through the Pyrenees and were happy with our stay. Secure parking is available, accessed by a steep ramp adjacent to the hotel entrance. Whilst the price for parking is €18 per day, we were able to fit two large motorcycles into a single car space, thereby reducing the cost. The hotel is perfectly located for shopping, as the pedestrianised shopping area is just across the street/river. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. We used the spa facilities (an hour with access to the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) and found the price to be reasonable. Our room was spacious, comfortable and provided views of the nearby mountains.

Service was lacking regarding the spa. We arrived at the time we had booked but there was nobody to provide access or to explain anything. When a staff member arrived (late) she hadn't brought any towels and had to go to get some. Massage is provided by an onsite service. I found the price of the massage to be expensive and the quality was not good.
