Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun

The beach is the best beach .the staff is super friendly. the pools were really nice warm.

The food was the best I have ever had in any hotel. No wishes were left open. The staff was always very dedicated and friendly. The beach was most amazing. Water quality and cleanliness were astonishingly great. Overall, I would totally recommend Fiesta Americana Condesa.

Two small things did not work out the way we expected: 1) we had no balcony and expected one according to the pictures 2) they just couldn't manage to give us information on the laundry service, after 3 inquiries, so we had our stuff washed somewhere else. Also, the hotel is located in the midst of the hotel zone in Cancun, making trips to any historical sights very long, as compared to a hotel somewhere else on the Riviera Maya. But considering the quality, I'd probably go for FA again.

This is one of the best resorts in the hotel zone. The room was extremely clean, and the staff was always polite and welcoming. The one thing that sets this resort apart from others is how great the good is. There were at least 7 restaurants to choose from, on top of the cafeteria and sushi bar located in the lobby. The drinks were great. Some bartenders poured a little heavier than others, but on average everything was great and exceeded all expectations. This was my 2nd time visiting and I can't wait to return.
