The location was very good.
The room was very small for two & we are small sized asians. Shower glass door not practical & pillows were too soft. Breakfast spread needs some changes as it was the same all 5 days.

Perfect location - 5-7 min by walk to central railway station and Cologne cathedral, about 10-15 min by walk to shop district

For the price, I would have expected tea and coffee making facilities in the room!

The clerk lisa marie was not friendly, did not help us to locate offsite parking..she did not greet us, and did not thank us for staying. She did not make eye contact and had a very flat affect. The instruction sheet they provide for the parking is incorrect and they were not receptive to changing it. The name of the parkhaus was not correct. They scribble something next to the name that we could not read. Also, their booking.com site says parking was 8 euros per day and it was 10. Small difference, but another incorrect piece of the stay.

Although on the square in the Old Town, there wasn’t a sound! Good beds, pillows & even though our room was next to the lift it was still silent.
Service in outside cafe very slow!
