GOOD LOCATION, EXELLENT BREAKFAST AND FRIENDLY STAFF.

The location was unbeatable if you want to attend the evening candelight procession at the Fatima Sanctuary. One of the side entrances to the main square is right in front of the hotel. You can also easily get on the hop on hop off trolley train (5 euros) during the day that stops for one of the main pickup spots only 30 meters down at the end of the road from the hotel. It brings you to Aljustrel where you can visit the 3 shepherd children's homes, so convenient. I'm from New York and tend to be picky with hotels. I was very pleased with the newly renovated room they gave me. It was modern, very clean, and comfortable. The staff is sincerely warm, welcoming, and very helpful. They have a nice gift shop that stays open late. When visiting Fatima again, I would only use this hotel and will recommend it to my friends and relatives. Wonderful stay!

The hotel was directly across from the sanctuary. It was clean and super convenient. The restaurant served excellent meals. Plus they had parking for our rental car.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. I was traveling with my 80 year old mother and thought I would need to rent her a wheelchair just to get to and from the sanctuary! But, since the hotel was right there next door there was no need! Such a great location! And, the best part was the value! Great price for such a nice hotel! I can’t say enough what a great experience it was!!

Right across the street from the sanctuary, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious with lots of natural light. The bathroom had a nice, large counter and a wonderful shower. The hotel dinner buffet was well worth the extra cost. Nice downstairs sitting area and functioning business center that came in very handy.

The wifi didn't work in my room so I had to go to the sitting area downstairs to get wifi.

Very good location. Excellent view to the sanctuary from our room. (We did not eat breakfast because of our program, so I can say nothing about that.)

The name of the hotel is only written with very small letters at the entry, not with big ones on the top, so it was very difficult to notice at arriving in the evening.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. I needed a late check-out at 2.30pm and they were nice about it. I loved the clean and spacious room. The shower was powerful. I would recommend this hotel.

The floor of the shower cubicle was not sloping enough causing the water to get out.

A nice room with all the necessities you need. But the best was the receptionist, a gentleman, helped us with good information about restaurants and arranged a tour to Batalha.

The Fatima church is cross street of the hotel. The room is very clean. The staffs speak English and very helpful.
