The rooms look neat and new and the size is good. They are cleaned well on a daily basis. The sea view from the room is lovely. The beds in general are soft and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and offers plenty of choice. We loved the rooftop bar as well! Good cocktails and amazing views. They have blankets so you can stay even though it's getting a bit chilly. Good location as there are enough good restaurants in the area that you can easily walk to. Walking to Funchal takes about 30 minutes.

The smell in the reception area! Gave us a headache instantly. And there is some kind of plastic layer in the bedding which makes you sweat at night even though you usually don't. It might be an idea to talk to the neighbors about their dog because of it's endless barking sessions that drive the hotel guests crazy.

Very good location, everything easily accessible. The hotel was very clean, amazing view from the sea view room and the rooftop bar. Friendly staff and super comfy pillows. :)

The hotel was lovely modern and clean. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel was great value for money.

Nice clean hotel room, excellent and friendly staff, great bar and breakfast was fantastic! Location was a little way out of Funchal but not more than a 20 minute walk which was quite pleasant

Queen size bed was 2 singles pushed together, also the pool wasn’t heated so it was pretty unusable even in the 20-22 degree sunshine we had while we were here
