The rooms were spacious and modern. The partnership with the Iberotel Aquamarine was one of the highlights for us.

Sometimes the staff were noisy , but that is common throughout Egypt in general. The location isn't the very best but still close to city center. The hotel bar was quite limited but bartender was friendly.

I just stayed in this hotel. It has great apartments, with full dotation.

The housekeeping did some problems, but there were resolved by the staff of the hotel

The staff were helpful and accomodating especially so when we arrived to find that govt law prohibits Egyptian men or women nannies accompanying you are not permitted to stay in the same suite. Our son was excited to see what new towel creation Ahmed our room maid had left on our bed each day. It ranged from a birthday cake for my wife to a crocodile usually a different animal each day :-) The staff even went as far as to make a special cake for my wifes birthday and delivered it up to our room. The hotel is a quiet, clean escape with a sister Ibertol resort that you can utilize that has too many pools to count and watersildes as well as a beach. A great value for the money and one we will no doubt enjoy in the future and recommend.

Although the rooms were clean a once over under sofas and chairs as well as cushions wouldn't hurt as crumbs and other stray things make there way in these forgotten places.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are big and furnished very well in a modern style. Very good for a week stay with kids. Great value for a small price.
