To organise better the accessibility to pool and beach chairs, people let their towels the whole day and don’t care about others while they are not in the pool or in the beach. The hotel should give equal chance to all residents. The hotel should be more strict, if someone leave, he will be obliged to give back the chair. It should be more organized. Also reception prioritize Russians, not sure why. They did not answer my emails before I come to hotel for asking airport bus transfer etc

Room: We had a Superior room at the Village Villas and we rate it with 5 stars, Great quality :-) Pool: We liked the pool in the Villa area very much. We recommend it for those who prefer safe and quiet holiday. Food: The food was as good as it usually is in Turkey, so what could make the difference is the staff/ individuals working with the food and at the restaurants. In this occasion we will like to mention Celik, who made and served Döner kebab of chicken every day. He deserves our utmost praise for excellent job done and gratitude for being very polite and service-minded. Also as the one of the very few who could speak English. MiniClub and Entertainment: Animation team did their best, as they use to in Turkey. We really appreciate the way Sahin communicated with us and other guests. That made the difference. SPA Center: These are additional services that you could pay for, but we feel that we got great value for money here. We used services from the SPA center a whole 26 times :-) What a great working environment and great atmosphere. All the praise to the entire team for their customer care.
They should replace the entire reception team. They ruin for all the good this hotel offers.. I have long experience with management of hotels, receptions and customer centers. To me it was a nightmare to see how the reception staff functioned and did customer care. Some could not speak a word in English and communication could be very uncomfortable of their impatience, while some others could be very rude in their behavior towards the guests that you simply avoided contact with them, especially Emir and Ramazan. But it happened from time to time that the key card suddenly stopped working and we couldn't avoid having contact with them. My kids would not go to the reception to ask them to open the key card, so if I wasn't around they would wait until I'm back. I was not happy for that myself, but just had to bite the sour apple and contact the reception to get it fixed. That's how bad it was. So, my message to those considering this hotel. If you are of the kind that requires information and assistance from the reception, this is not the right place for you. If you are an experienced traveler that can manage it with minimal contact with the reception, as we tried to, then this is a pretty OK hotel where you get great value for money.
