Ưu điểm: Great hotel !! Amazing staff and great service! Fun and social entertainment with the perfect entertainment team! This is our first time in Punta Cana and we are delighted to have chosen this hotel. The reception was wonderful and throughout our stay they made us feel welcome. Butler Roberto did everything possible to make our time joyful and we thank him very much for that. We also want to thank Yocari Be, Migel, Ruth, Ariela, Excelente, Armando, Hot Chocolates and the best waiter in the pool, Tabuos..Thanks for making our trip even more special.

Ưu điểm: The resort was very clean, well maintained and beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly. The seafood buffet was a favorite.

Khuyết điểm: We had difficulty making dinner reservations for where we wanted to go, and getting convenient times. In hind site we could have emailed for advance res. but we had no idea that was an option. Or that it would be necessary.

Ưu điểm: The property is absolutely stunning. Everything from the grounds, to the pools, the architecture, and just the decor and attention to detail is beautiful. It is always pristine and the staff is constantly walking around picking up any empty glasses, etc. It was easily the most beautiful hotel/resort I’ve ever seen or stayed at.

Ưu điểm: The hotel architecture and grounds are absolutely beautiful and breathtaking! The staff is friendly, efficient, and extremely accommodating! Every staff member we encountered (from check-in to housekeeping to the wait staff and kitchen, our Butler, the activities coordinators, barstaff, daily cleaning, groundskeepers and everyone in between) always had a smile on their face and positive attitude. This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort and we truly did not know what to expect, but everyone exceeded our expectations and did everything to make our stay that much more special! Love that we were upgraded to a swim-out suite upon our arrival. It was an added bonus to an already spectacular vacation! And yes, we did enjoy several days of R&R at our private pool side patio after an afternoon at the main pool or beach! It was gloriously relaxing! While we did not take advantage of them all, the hotel offers a number of daily activities and nightly entertainment in the theater and on the galleon.

Khuyết điểm: The specialty restaurants were not our favorites, and we personally found the food in the buffets consistently better in flavor, selection, and quality. It was odd to travel to the Dominican Republic to find specialty restaurants along the lines of Japanese (which was hibachi, and the best specialty meal overall), Italian, French/Gourmet, and to NOT have lobster available at the Surf & Turf and La Playa restaurants (though prominently listed on the menu).

Ưu điểm: Exceptional service, very good food, clean, scenic and beautiful. Not too many other guests (unlike two-deep chairs around pools at other resorts) but enough so the resort didn't feel empty. Great experience overall

Khuyết điểm: Reserving pool chairs//beds has turned into everyone dropping towels ~7-8am and often times not coming back until the afternoon (as backup there are plenty of beach cabanas). Restaurant reservation system also a bit frustrating, we often had the last possible time of 9pm even scheduling 2 days in advance (buffet never disappointed and 24hr room service was also good)

Ưu điểm: The staff was incredibly friendly and the VIP service through customs was the best thing ever. We were on the beach 15 minutes after de-boarding the plane. The villas are gorgeous and little details throughout the property like the orchids everywhere are such nice extras. Having access to a golf cart and bikes was key! We loved exploring the entire property, especially the Ojos Indigenas ecological reserve. The sunrises are gorgeous every morning and my husband loved all the great golf nearby!

Khuyết điểm: The food is not five star food but it's still pretty good. Also, the beaches are great but the white cages out in the ocean to keep the seaweed out do ruin the vista just slightly. But much better than having seaweed on the beach!

Ưu điểm: Everything was perfect and above expectations: - the bedroom was huge, 2 bathrooms, a big terrace, a small kitchen, always clean - the quality of service is amazing! I’ve never seen that anywhere else: from the VIP arrival, to the beach, the restaurant, housekeeping, the driver, your private villa manager. - the hotel doesn’t have a lot of rooms, you feel really relaxed, you’re almost alone on the beach or at the pool. It’s exactly what we were looking for.

Khuyết điểm: - they’re doing all they can to remove the sargassum seaweed. You still have some, but it’s way way better compared to other resorts in Punta cana or in the Caribbean. There’s no problem to swim in the sea.

Good aquapark but if children are small not many options to choose and remember you as adult can not use it, just be near. They really interested in opinion you have and try to solve your requests. What I did not like n this point is: It is good that conserje was checking if our requests was done, but for me it was too much. If I asked to solve something, then person come to solve it and then concerje call us back to check if it was done. The last step for me was a bit too much, because during our 1 week stay they wake up my baby 3 times during day sleep, so finally i had to turn off telephone at all

Before I read in feedback about this but did not understand well what did they mean but when we came to the club and saw very indifferent person with absolutely not caring and interested face. - Entertainment team is really very low quality. We came from another hotel where it was another level and even hotel was smaller the entertainment team was very bright, everybody knew them and recognize from the far. Here boys from the team looks like they replace someone from entertainment team who is ill now. No personality, not good dancers, can not really attract people. And I would advise to the hotel think to change their uniform. They are not visible at all. - Very big territory and not very clear how to move there. It is like 7 hotels in 1. For example we booked in one of them the restaurant and nobody do not want us to drive back to our hotel. So under the rain with little girl we had to walk and try to find the way back. - Very bad and un-useful application. For this level of hotel it is unacceptable - You have to refresh your internet connection every 24 hours. in 21st century we have this? Really? When I claim it, they gave us VIP access so we should not, but it worked just on computer, not mobile for us. Anyway I think this is the topic which should not be even discussed in our days. - there was a case when in food there was decoration sticks with fungus! We complained to the managers and next day this was corrected but it is not acceptable especially when we are saying about kids food where was a lot of this sticks - very low quality of drinks. In kids hotel you expect much better. They made them from very chimical concentrates. We came from another hotel of Dominicana and had good chance to compare. In this hotel we could not drink any coco-loco because it was horrible quality.

Ưu điểm: Fantasia resort is really a Fantasia :-) There you have everything what you need for an unforgettable holiday! Beautiful resort, beautiful beach, beautiful pool, nice restaurants, good food, a la carte restaurants included in all-inclusive, good cocktails (!, not very usual in all inclusive resorts), very friendly staff, always smiling, nice water park for children, very nice shows in the evening (specially the Michael Jackson show), perfect service with the electric train driving you everywhere, one restaurant for lunch also situated directly on the beach, very good drinks served on your sunbed on the beach, when you call the reception to ask something (or ask something through a perfect application installed on your mobile phone on your arrival) in few moments is somebody in your room to bring what you asked. With this very usefull application you can have every day on your mobile phone all information you need, daily program of activities, book your table for the dinner in a-la-carte restaurants... I can write more and more, etc., etc ... but in few words: there you have everything what you need for an unforgettable holiday! Thank you Fantasia Bahia Principe, we hope we'll be back!!!

Khuyết điểm: Just a little complaint about the kids club ... It is very nice and very good equipped, but the staff there is not so perfect as all other staff. They are also ok, nothing so bad to say, but not so friendly as everywhere in the resort. Specially because their job is working with children, you expect they will be very friendy specially with children, but the staff everywhere is more friendly with children than the staff in kids club. They also don't do to much activities with the children and don't accept children under 4 years. But this is also not so big problem, because there are many, many nice things for children as waterpark, play grounds, activities in the pool, etc ...!

Ưu điểm: For the kids is basically a dream come true. The castle is amazing and all the kids activity and different places they can go is a plus. We highly recommend de hotel for a family vacation.

Khuyết điểm: The artificial drink is really bad. I think the hotel is killing the full enjoyment by serving such a bad cuality drink. It was horrible. We paid a high amount of money trying to find a good cuality resort.

Ưu điểm: Our luxury suite was amazing had our own private pool and golf buggy to get around in. The Acqua di Parma toilettes were a lovely touch in the bathroom and outside shower. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Carlos and Abi really went above an beyond to make us feel at home. The golf course was absolutely beautiful. The food in the Peruvian / Japanese restaurant was on par with roka an Zuma. The beach restaurants settings were breathe taking.

Khuyết điểm: We went in the low season so it was a little quiet for a young couple. But I was told this was due to the time of year an it is busier in the high season. Some of the staff found it hard to understand our English so some food orders got messed up. Service was slightly slow some times whilst ordering drinks on the beach. Even so we will still be returning in January :)

Ưu điểm: We had an amazing stay at TRS, words cannot describe how wonderful our week was. The whole staff was incredible and geared towards attending all your needs. The hotel was great, from the facilities, to the pools, the beach access, the food, the drinks, the activities. What I truly enjoyed was the sense of space, that is, this is not you typical huge building resort. There was so much garden surrounding the rooms. The hotel does have a romantic vibe. The fact the hotel is within a walking distance from the other Palladium hotels is also a huge advantage, if you wish to stay within the resort complex. Also note, we stayed in a Junior Swim Up Suite which I highly recommend!

Ưu điểm: The resort was beautiful! You are right next to the beautiful beach, you have many dining options and lots of bars. The room is just lovely (we had a junior suite). The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our Butler, Randy, was incredible! He was available 24/7 to us and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The resort always had activities from fitness to partying.

Ưu điểm: Infrastructure is modern and accomplishes the expectations. Pools are well cared and clean. Food at the buffet restaurant is the best, the specialities places seems to get their food from the biggest one. Place of course, you have carribean sea a few meters from your room. It was in general, a nice experience.

Khuyết điểm: Details. Replacing the minibar beverages, changing towels and bed sheets. Personal more interested in dancing and talking with young pretty ladies and aged couples (looking for tips) instead of doing their work. Details make them a standard all inclusive resort. Nothing went wrong, but there are many things to improve, in order to get the excellence expected by a 5 star hotel.

Ưu điểm: Loved the small intimate size of the resort. The staff is top notch and bent over backwards to please. Has an European feel and the food was good. Fusion restaurant experience was over the top.

Khuyết điểm: Wifi in lobby was spotty, not much to do at night. I felt pressured to tip. No real beach but lots of pools. We paid for ocean view and only saw a tiny peek of one. I would return and recommend it to everyone.

Ưu điểm: Most of the staff was great, particularly bar staff including Martin at the Love Bar. The room was nice and accurately reflected "ocean view." The pools were quite pleasant including the main pool with swim up bar.

Khuyết điểm: Food was very mediocre. More entertainment is needed as well if to compete with resorts in the other islands and even US resorts. They should have more air conditioning in their bars, lobby, typically sweat in these area from lack of it. Even in the restaurants the temperature could have been cooler.

Khuyết điểm: We had a swimout room in the Castle building and our room smelled of mold and was incredibly damp. We asked to change rooms and they told us the only one available was the one next door, which was not as damp but had a terrible smell in the bathroom. We were disappointed that they had no other rooms available on the property outside of upgrades that we would need to pay for. Overall this dampened the overall vacation significantly.

Ưu điểm: Our honeymoon trip was simply perfection. Everything was stunningly beautiful, buildings and views alike! The food was excellent, and the staff and service were unforgettable. Henry, Eduardo, Genesis, Chocolate, Maria, Diana, and all the beach bar staff and servers made everything so special for us. They did everything they could to make our stay amazing - and it was! Would go back in a heart beat!

Khuyết điểm: Lack of quality control in the room. no coffee maker, lack of water pressure in bath tub, multiple failures with housekeeping (not leaving towels, not coming at all, taking my robes and not returning them), and room service was spotty with incorrect orders.

Ưu điểm: Beautiful buildings. Immaculate. Tasteful and artistic. You are somewhat isolated in the area called cap Cana And so you feel very safe.

Khuyết điểm: You are in fact somewhat isolated sure if you are a nightlife person this is not the place for you. This is a place who wants luxury and relaxation.

Ưu điểm: The place is very secluded and is not currently near other resorts so it was very private and relaxing. The staff there is amazing! Everyone is so nice and eager to assist you in any way. I do recommend that you take plenty of Tip Money (apparently cash is preferred because that is the only sure way you'll know they got the tip. No guarantee by just adding charging it to the Room). You will definitely appreciate the amazing service. It was also Seaweed, and every day they cleared the shore of seaweed and would haul it away so that guests could enjoy the beach. This was a 5-Star relaxing Stay... Loved It!

Ưu điểm: Everything, room, food, service. The staff goes out of their way to help you. Just the quality of the food is worth the money coupled with the personalized service.

Some staff always look upset and when I asked around I was told by some staff members that they’re not treated well by management. 5. Designated area for ONLY SMOKING. This is a family hotel and people smoke anywhere they want.

Ưu điểm: Absolutely beautiful! The main pool was huge so there was so much space. The beach went on for miles and miles.

Ưu điểm: Beautiful resort and grounds. We had a swim out unit that was wonderful so we were right next to the pool. The staff was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the beds because they did not have a pillow top. The restaurants were very good and you have lots of choices. We came to relax and that was what we did. One time my husband went to pick up his towel from his chair and take it back and the employee told him that was his job to put the towel in the laundry and my husband was on vacation and to enjoy it. We were very happy with our accommodations. They have activities if you chose to participate. The pool is like a long lagoon and the rooms surround it. We chose to be in the Excellence Club and felt it was worth the money. We were in Building 7 which was close to the restaurants, main lobby and pool so we liked the location.

Khuyết điểm: The sand on the beach is hard to walk on and your feet sink in. It is very fine sand and not packed down. The entertainment is good but not great but that is not what we came for. You have to reserve your pool chair early in the morning and some people would put towels down and never come the entire day. I think the staff should monitor that.

Ưu điểm: Really enjoyed our 12 day stay! Drinks were strong and excellent. Wait and service staff was excellent. Resort will be undergoing a renovation over the summer. We met several couples that had been there many times before. Beach front was amazing and the sand was very soft. Would definitely go again!

Ưu điểm: We were there to celebrate our anniversary. The room was nicely set up with champagne, fruit, etc. Several food options. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the swim-up bar. Very comfortable "bed-style" lounges on the beach.

Khuyết điểm: The pool closes ridiculously early (6pm). Although the ones you were able to find were friendly, there was not a lot of staff around. It seems that unless you're in the Excellence Club (which costs more) you don't have anyone to help you with a beach chair or to take orders while you're on the beach. Had to set up our own pool and beach lounges, had to go into a room to get towel myself, etc. The facilities are a little shabby/worn. For example, the jacuzzi tub in our room appears to be pretty old.

Ưu điểm: The place was a higher quality than most of the resorts in Punta Cana but only slightly higher cost. It was clean, food seemed a little better and staff was friendly.

Khuyết điểm: As far as the all inclusive part, they could have more activities. Also I always hate dressing up in long pants and long sleeve shirt when it's 95° out (we were even told for one restaurant we needed a coat so we skipped it). For casual dining food is very limited. My biggest complaint is the beds flat out hurt. They room was beautiful but I couldnt get a good night sleep because the bed left my back in pain.

Ưu điểm: Upon arriving we were welcomed by the staff in an extremely friendly manner. We arrived earlier than check in and wanted to do an excursion while we waited. The staff directed us to a representative and secured our luggage until we returned. The food was out of this world amd the buffet had an amazing selection. Our room was spotless and at the perfect temperature. Any questions we had were answered right away, and all of our needs were taken care of in a very expedient manner. Would absolutely recommend this resort and will he visiting again when we have the opportunity.

Ưu điểm: Villa room size is very big with a beautiful layout that allows the sun to wake you up in your excessively big, very comfortable bed. Restaurant dinners were nice and service was Tom notch. Three honourable mentions here : Jose Espinal our concierge was extremely friendly and looked after us that we have all the activities we need and all evening dinners booked; he just made the whole stay wonderful. Two other staff that impressed us with both their English and good conversations and friendship are Alex and Santo at the Pool Bar. Amazing people with good banter and good secret recipe cocktail recipes - for the whole duration of our stay we always ended the days at the pool bar because of this, before retreating to our rooms to get ready for dinner. If you want a cocktail you never tried before ask Alex for the Alex special.

Khuyết điểm: We had a bad start of our stay when we were stopped at the gate by the security as we drive to the resort and kept there for more or less 5 minutes for checks phone calls to reception etc, even though I showed the security guard my booking.com reservation on my phone - it felt more like a maximum security prison than a 5 star resort. This was raised with customer relations and handled very professionally and am happy how swiftly they tried to make things right.

The restaurants had no electricity therefore the items that needed to be kept cold were melting. For a five star resort this is unacceptable.

Ưu điểm: The Reserve and surrounding resort are absolutely beautiful. The room amenities can't be beat: jacuzzi in the room, hot tub on the balcony, double shower, living area, dining area, awesome a/c, free mini-bar. The food was pretty good, but as a vegetarian there were hardly any options. They were very accommodating and would make me veggies, but there was little variety. The staff was awesome and would go out of there way to serve you. The beach was gorgeous and came with ample amounts of beach towels, little catamarans and wave boards to rent for free, comfy chairs, lots of shade, and plenty of booze. All and all it was a beautiful trip and the perfect place to stay while my husband and I were married at the nearby Jellyfish Restaurant.

Ưu điểm: The food was wonderful with many choices at the two buffets we ate at the most. The people were friendly, courteous, and helpful with our needs. They did not have a King bed room so they pushed two doubles together...not ideal, but our private balcony with Jacuzzi tub made up for that.

Khuyết điểm: This property contains at least 5 different resorts. We stayed at one that was about a ten minute walk to the beach. They do have shuttles so it worked out ok. Great place to take kids.

It's hard to explain all the troubles we've got in a few words, but here are some of them (for an expensive price and very bad customer relation for a 5* hôtel) : - Clogged sink when we arrived in the room - Dirty place, pen marks and hair on the chairs - Jacuzzi leak occasioning important flood in the bedroom (video available on request) - Brown water from the jacuzzi, shower and tap - No water during a full day, making us unable to use shower and toilets in all the hôtel (people used it and you can imagine how it looked not being able to flush...) - 2h20 spent with a salesman and different managers very pushy to sell us a customer program we did not want (during our holiday!) - TV did not work in the room - Unbearable noice all day long from the works close to the bedroom (video available on request) - 2 working men passed by our garden during we were in the room It is not in my culture to complain about things, but you can easily understand, regarding all the troubles, that we were hoping for a refund of our stay. Booking.com made the effort to give us a 15% refund, but the hôtel did not answer to our requests at all. For 5 night at 329$ per night, I can say we are disgusted. I let you appreciate the photos, and definitely would advice: NEVER GO THERE, IT'S JUST A CASH MACHINE!

Delicious food .Extremely friendly staff.There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to some attractions, the village and some restaurants. Live music at the bar in the evening.The room was fabulous- large bathroom- large walk in closet . Beautiful views.It was amazing!!!
