TV didn't work and made a horrible noise in till I unplugged it. Didn't sleep first night

The elevator sounds like it is going to fall while you are in it. Makes terrible noises and is kind of scary while going up or down inside the pyramid.

Stop charging resort fee believe was over a$100 for WiFi and gym. And than holding $50 down a day that’s ridiculous. Was so disappointed in that part. Also said at my stay would have mini fridge. Wasn’t one in my room.
Was denied a refunded for a few of the nights of our stay in spite of the fact that the coronavirus had affected our travel plans.
The hotel was fine
Your company took forever to confirm the purchase and I wasn’t able to check in until way later. Sucked super bad just waiting around for y’all to figure it out. I won’t be using your services again! Nothing against you as a person reading this just the company sucks.
The view of the strip was great and it’s location to my activities. Check-in was smooth and quick. Valet service was excellent.
Older hotel room with small bathroom. Elevator ride could have been smoother and less scary.

It was cheap
Aside from the front desk, the staff wasn't very friendly. The ac in the room was old (not digital) so you just had to guess like in the old days on temp, and it was loud. Cheap toilet paper quality, the room had a weird odor, toilet had to be flushed at least 3-4 times anytime you used it. Check in took an extremely long time and the reason was given that their computers were down, however, no compensation was given, just a "sorry our computers are down".
The rooms were spacy

We stayed at the luxor some years ago and were so pleased with the hotel we brought our grandaughter for her 21st birthday
The room was away at the end of a hall so it was very quiet
The hotel looked old. For example the floor in the bathroom was in poor shape

Our passports were stolen by the cleaning staff,not very helpful during the process.Room was only cleaned 2 nights so finding out who stole them should not have been that hard to find out , i wonder how many other passports have been stolen from this hotel.Extremely unhappy that a bonded hotel staff could participate in a theft of this kind with us being out for the day.Hotel room was in full view of the main lobby.Management did not get involved and provide any help to us , they didn"t even offer us a ride to the airport on their free shuttle to fill out our police report. Great compassion !!! they didn't seem to bother as if it goes on all the time.I got the impression that the cleaning personell were not going to be challenged .
Good service, for very good price. Not a Ceasers Palace, or Belaggio, but much better prices.
