Smart room, ambience, very good location. From Gatwick airport it is very easy to come with Thameslink train, only one stop to blackfriars staion. You can go anywhere from southwark underground which walking distance to the hotel.
the room is small, the bed is adjacent to the window, no space left between window and the bed.

Love the style, concept, design. Staff were awesome, very friendly, even when I was up and out for work at 4:30. Very clean. Interesting DIY model.
Shower leaked, no tea / coffee in room, no room service, no take away breakfast so had to pay £15 to make a quick bacon roll and wrap in a napkin. Quite expensive. iPad a bit annoying sometimes, mainly when using TV.

The stuff is amazing ! More than happy to help u! The barman , The waitress (Laura) and the assistant manager irini ,were unique! The facilities are pretty good and definitely i am going back there again

staff are really friendly a nice clean place to stay, very close to restaurants, bars, with in walking distance to most attractions.
we were on a two night trip on the first night the room we were staying in had no air conditioning working i complained about it as the room was like a sauna and uncomfortable. The night time staff gave us a fan they asked the maintenance to have a look at it the next day they told us it was OK. It was no different so we spoke to them again and on inspection by a member of staff they agreed it was not fixed and the room was to hot. We were given another room this was a pain on moving but at least we got a good nights sleep not like the night before and no noisy fan happy days.
