The hotel is in a great location, 10/15 min away from the airport, 15 min away from Downtown Nassau and, if it interests you, 20 min away from the Aqua Venture (Atlantis Hotel). The beach is amazing and from time to time, there are lots of fish swimming next to you. We ended up not spending much time on the private island but when we went there it seemed great, despite the mosquitos. The food was good and there is plenty of restaurants to choose from, all with great quality food.

What we did not enjoy was the service. The staff is nice but extremely inefficient. They are super slow and they kept asking what we had ordered through our meals, which was really annoying. The buffet had good food but not a great variety. We had a concierge service but we ended up not using. However, this service was very frustrating to most guests because the butler and concierges booked all the good seats in the beach by 8AM which meant that the hotel guests that actually wanted to go the the beach early in the morning did not have any good spaces left. One morning, we were able to reserved two chairs by 8AM before breakfast and when we came back to the beach (by 8:30AM) a butler, named Sean, had took our stuff into another chain. We were furious and he had the nerve to lie to us. This beach situation was really annoying because then the reserved chairs by the butlers and concierges would only start being used at noon or they would not even show up.
