The staff were incredibly nice. Big, clean and really comfortable room. Excellent food choices each day and stunning pool/beach area. They offer a free shuttle to the closest beach (3 min drive). Speedy wifi and lots of good tv channels. And the most powerful shower I've ever used!

I enjoyed snorkeling in their beach area and saw a variety of fish and a cute grouper behind the rocks. The hotel shuttle and lunch service at cabbage beach was a relaxing and ideal outing for the day. The Hotel staff was friendly and poolside bar & food service was exceptional

I was traveling alone and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Location is great! I walked everywhere, even downtown. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. We became friends, since I was by myself. Friendly and cool staff adds up to the hotel vibe. Super chill, relaxing and fun. The last 2 nights of my stay, there were some loud people on the room next door and the staff was super caring always asking them to lower the volume. There is always something going on. There are so many activities! The hotel also has many areas for a great walk at night, or hammock at the beach. Many restaurants as well super good. Thank you all for an amazing holiday! I’ll definitely be back!

Sometimes different groups of people bring their speakers, and adding up to the music from the hotel it gets kind of annoying. Maybe the staff could be more strict about it.

Everything was amazing. The staff were courteous, engaging, and accommodating. The food was very good with many options to choose from. Non stop drinks with the all inclusive package made it worth it. The resort was well kept, beach and pool crystal clear and maintained daily, I would definitely go back!
